Great college for psychology students.
Placements: Placement is good. Teachers help us find contacts and referrals, and we get enough exposure through weekly enrichment programs. The college provides great opportunities to interact and explore career options. Internship opportunities are offered from the 1st year itself.
Infrastructure: Almost every amenity is provided and well-maintained. Each floor has clean sanitary washrooms, drinking water facilities, a lift, and stairs. There is a library and a canteen with quality meals and snacks. The classrooms are well-ventilated and equipped with projectors, smartboards, and blackboards.
Faculty: Teachers are fairly guiding and helpful. The curriculum is well-planned and holistic. Exams are not difficult and cover the syllabus well. Teachers and professors go beyond the syllabus. To make concepts clearer. Classes are highly interactive and take a practical approach. The assignments and projects allow students to develop multiple skills beyond the subject.

Good college for people interested in psychology.
Placements: There are no placements for general psychology. However, the college placement cell will help you find an internship at a bachelor's level. Moreover, master's students can practice counselling in a house counselling room.
Infrastructure: There is good infrastructure. We have a very small campus, but enough amenities are given. The library is small but good selection of books. Labs are well-equipped with assessment and all. Sports facilities like badminton, rackets, football, etc., are provided on campus. The canteen provides cheap but good food.
Faculty: It follows the BCU curriculum. Some teachers are very qualified in psychology Hod Sunita K. Damodar. Some are all alright and have just a master's degree. However, that is expected of almost all colleges. The course curriculum is strictly followed. It is industry-relevant to the following degree. It is fairly easy to get marks.
Other: Extracurricular activities are very encouraged. BCU often creates issues in exam postponement, etc. There are not many opportunities but some opportunities. People in the college are nice and warm.

Life at Indian Institute of Psychology and Research.
Placements: There are no placements offered from the college whatsoever. There are no internships as well that they give. Even though there is a placement cell in the college, I'm not sure about it's function. Once you finish your course you have to search for jobs or courses yourself and no help will be provided from the college. If you want LORs, you have to keep running behind the teachers.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility in the college. There is a canteen in the college (Seeker's Cafe) but there's not much variety of food available. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and the classrooms have projectors and good seating. Very well lit. The campus is quite small as it is only one 6 storey building now.
Faculty: The teachers are quite knowledgeable, and they help you all throughout your course if you need anything. The PPTs and materials are provided to you time to time. The curriculum is followed as per the Bangalore City University syllabus. The semester end exams are not that difficult if you study well.
Other: I was a part of the B.A. (Psychology, English Journalism) 2018-2021 batch. There are fests conducted. One annual fest called the inPsyt.

Review of Indian Institute of Psychology and Research.
Placements: Since I am a first-year student, I am not aware of the placements of our college. Since IIPR is affiliated with BCU, the placements are surely taken care of.
Infrastructure: I have not visited the campus much due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But the campus is not very huge since the strength it accommodates is less. There is a small building, along with a volleyball and basketball ground and a canteen. The campus is attached to the St. Friary Church.
Faculty: All the teachers here are very friendly, helpful and approachable. They have a lot of knowledge related to their subjects. Psychology is a compulsory subject, and with that, you can opt for women's studies with journalism or optional English with journalism.

Review of Indian Institute of Psychology and Research.
Placements: There are no placements here. You can do internships. As far as I know, this college does not have placements. However, teachers recommend students about jobs that will help and improve students and may be useful in their field. I am not aware of the salaries offered. The teachers as are supportive.
Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure and a nice library. Wi-Fi is provided, and every classroom is installed with a projector. Every week there is a sports period where activities are conducted. Our college is not very well funded, and hence proper materials are limited. All facilities provided to us are utilised and mostly well maintained. Living spaces are more or less clean, and the food served is very homely and maintained by one family.
Faculty: I am studying psychology because I have an interest in this subject. The quality of teaching is excellent. The teachers of this institution like to engage with their students on matters related to the subject of study. Good presentations and study materials are provided by faculty members. There are pre-semester exams before every main exam, which is an advantage. They prepare every student for the industry. The semester exams are of a moderate level. You can refer to previous years' papers for revision. The curriculum is updated but not well enough.
