Relatively it is famous for its programs in Home Science and related fields but it doesn’t enjoy the same status as tier 1 university as Delhi University’s main campus. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU.
