My MBA Review of IICMR Pune.

Placements: Placement depends on many factors, like industry growth, the number of companies that visit colleges, and student performance. But in 2019, MBA placement is really limited, with companies like Bajaj Capital, Fiat, Shriram Group, and seven more companies coming for visits. Fifty to sixty percent of students placed in campus interviews are left jobless. Some people start their own businesses.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and most importantly, there are very clean and neat classrooms, corridors, and washrooms. Hygiene is maintained properly, and computer labs are up-to-date as per the latest technology with all relevant software. Sports competitions are conducted in the form of basketball, tug-of-war, cricket, etc. There is no hostel from our college in 2019; I don't know the current situation about hostels.

Faculty: The college faculty is knowledgeable in terms of practical knowledge. Every time they teach you a real-life example, a quote will be made so all understand the subject. Lectures are conducted via presentations and industrial visits. The curriculum is more practical and less theoretical; it includes class presentations; for that, you need MS PowerPoint and a group project. The curriculum itself prepares you for the corporate world exam. For an 80-mark exam, 30 is a passing score.

Other: By taking the XAT exam, you can easily get admission to college; based on your profile and interview, admission is given.

Placements: The good opportunities are given to the college students. Many companies come to the college such as Excel, Sai Prasad, Banks, Real State, IT management, Industry, and FMCG such industries. The interview option is given to the students. The college is very much supportive, and we can learn a very presentable skill.

Infrastructure: The college is small, but all types of technical and fundamentals are present over there. Dr Abhay sir gives all type of activities and all types of industrial work to the students that can help to grow up your mentality about actual work infrastructure in the industry. Though it is a small college, it is good to grow and present our self.

Faculty: The faculty members are good. All of them are very energetic and give a real example of work culture in our industry and what happens when we present our self in that. The library is very good, and there is a good collection of management books. Librarian is good and knowledgeable in all fields.

Other: All types of activities are there in this college like EEP, SDP, IEP, and other courses.

Other: It is a very nice college in terms of learning, teaching, activity, etc. with very much helpful and kind staff. Various events have been organised by the students to the students and for the students. You get to know how professional life actually is. Professors helps us in each and every situation. College campus is very good with huge storage of books at library known as knowledge centre and comfortable classrooms space wise. Guest lectures have taken place for enriching students' confidence and nourish their talents. The only problem is about the placement. It should be improved. other than that, everything is the best.

Overall great exposure & development of students .

Placements: Around 90% of the batch was placed with an average package of around 6-7 Lacs in companies like HCL, HDFC, Nestle, Aditya Birla, HUL, Hyundai, ITC, Asian Paint, TVS tyres. Every student got paid internship. Overall, the college has great opportunities for students.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi enabled the campus to add to digital learning and e-library. Digital classroom with all modern facilities. Indoor girls hostel is available. Food quality is completely like home food. The indoor games room is available. Medical facilities are also available for every student.

Faculty: Digital marketing workshop from IIMK. Case study based methodology to train the students. Corporate mentoring & foreign language training. Faculty members from different backgrounds having vast knowledge to make the students future-ready. Student development programme for overall developments.
