The lowest and average vary depending on whether the student chooses a private hospital, academic positions, or fellowships. Top recruiting options include multispecialty hospitals, medical colleges, and neurosurgery centers. A decent percentage of students also secure internships, observerships, or fellowships in renowned hospitals and institutes, which helps build strong clinical exposure.
