Absolutely love the placement.
Placements: The college secures 100% placement every year. Companies like Deloitte, Wipro, PWC, Genpact, ICICI Bank, SBI Life, IDFC Bank, and many more come to recruit students from campus for placements. The placement season starts in the 5th semester, generally in September every year. There are many good offers and roles, mainly in finance, marketing, and HR. Profiles like tax consultant, business analyst, credit analyst, sales manager, territory manager, and business development executives are offered. For the batch 2018-20, there was 100% placement, and for 2019-21, placements are still ongoing.
Infrastructure: The campus life is great. There are 18 different clubs and committees that students can join, which vary from the marketing club—Mercatus, finance club—Finacea, entrepreneurship club—Prarambh, operations club—Opuskriya, creativity club—Tassavur, analytics club—Insightix, and many more. Major fests of the college are PERIODOS and ACE CONNECT. The annual fest is IMPELZ, which is a two-day event where students from pan-India B-schools come and participate at the college. The library is known as LRC here, and it has a wide range of offline and online resources. Besides this, the college provides access to many databases for our project purposes.
Faculty: There are three courses offered by the college: PGDM Core, PGDM Finance, and PGDM Marketing. The faculty-to-student ratio is 6:40. The college has esteemed faculty for finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and analytics. The college offers a great variety of subjects in each domain. The teaching methodology is systematic and industry-standard. Various practitioner sessions are held for different domains where industry leaders guide students about the market. The term exams happen every three months, with two mid-term tests held before to prepare students for the term exam. The term exam may be subjective or objective, depending on the faculty. The exams are moderately difficult.

Good placements in year 2022 and 2023
Satisfied faculty .
Placements: About 60 to 70% of the students are placed with an average package of 4 LPA. The highest package offered is around 15LPA with the lowest being around 2.8LPA. Students get internships in LNT, Solid Construction, Construction Wages and in Sleeper factories. NCC NSS and Project related work roles constitute majority of the offers.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, Labs, Classrooms, and the Library are very good. The Canteen’s food is pretty good. Medical and Emergency facilities are also provided.
The top indoor stadium of Gwalior for games and sports is in our college. Two of the National players of outdoor and indoor games are from our College.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful. I would rate them a 5 on a scale of 5. All the members of faculty are well natured and are too good which facilitates the students to provide better results. The teachers definitely qualify for 5 stars in their knowledge holding Ph.D. degrees. The students are happy with th kind of faculty the college provides. The teaching quality is also very good .
Other: I chose Civil Engineering as it is a very good subject and is a core branch of all the mother branches. It teach us to survive.

College is good but not for core branches. If u want to choose another branch you can go for it.
Placements: Taking about core branches especially civil there were very less campus due to which from the civil branch only 2 students got placed, even they didn't join the company. The highest package for the civil branch was 3.5 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Though civil students were made eligible for recruitment in marketing Companies or Companies related to computer science. Where packages were 3.5 LPA to 9 LPA. Highlighted companies were Jaro education, planet spark, align construction comp., etc. And a bit more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is A class. Sports facilities are also v good, the hostel is very good. The food available is also of good quality. But the canteen of the college is more or less just a shop with samosa fizz frooti bread pakoda. Not more. The cereal or Indian lunch that we have is not available there. Disappointed with canteen. Facilities are good enough water cooler drinking water clean toilets. The library is also very good with free Wi-Fi. And books are available in 5 daily newspapers and magazines. Labs are also good with fully air-conditioned rooms.
Faculty: Teachers are good enough some with a lot of experience and some new ones but have a good piece of knowledge than the experienced ones. They are very friendly if you are also cooperative with them. The course and curriculum are relevant and have good information for future use. Exams are held according to RGPV University. Exams are of medium level not very hard not too easy. Though requires a good price of knowledge to qualify.
Other: Events and fests are the best part of one's college life and they are organized and also enjoyed a lot with the involvement of teachers and seniors and juniors. Having good infrastructure leads to a more successful and enjoyable environment during the fest fresher party farewell etc.

Dissatisfied with the placements.
Placements: All the things are good, but in case of placement, I am not satisfied here. The highest package of 2017 was 3.2 lakhs per annum, and the lowest package was 1.2 lakhs per annum. Great opportunities are available for CS and IT students. Very less number of companies came last year for ME and CE students.
Infrastructure: Fully Wi-Fi campus and classroom are well-equipped. The labs are air-conditioned. There are more than 20,000 books available in the library and great environment for sports. The medical facilities are available on the college campus as first aid. The hostel rooms are well cleaned and have good surrounding and great environment and outdoors. There is technopark held in April. It is 4 days programme are done, and at last day a star performs in front of college students.
Faculty: The faculty are well educated and knowledgeable. They will help you at every moment if you have any doubt, you can ask because of any hesitation. In every semester we used to visit companies. The teaching quality of faculty is too good, and I'm impressed by that.
