The staff is very kind, and the infrastructure of the college is nice.
Placements: 80% of students are placed in good companies like TCS, Rinex, Matrimony, Flipkart, Xozo, and Josalkas. They can provide sales, packaging, telecalling, and similar job roles. The package of salary is 2.5 LPA for the early stage, and they can give internship certificates.
Infrastructure: In our college, they provide Wi-Fi. Labs are available for any exams, and Python classes can be taught there. The food is okay. Medical support is nearby at Vels Hospital. There are NCC, NSS, and other sports activities conducted, and OD can be provided.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and the techniques of teaching were nice. They provide industrial visits twice a year, which is compulsory, and they teach about the company. The last industrial visit was to Malaysia, and our vice chairman sent them.
Other: I chose the course for the purpose of the management field. They train us by giving us opportunities and responsibilities like department secretary, cultural secretary, and class representative. This helps us learn how to manage a crowd and so on.

Overall, a good experience with supportive faculty and good placement.
Placements: I belong to the B.Com (A&F) course from the 2023–2026 batch. Around 60–70% of students from our course were placed through campus placements. The highest package offered was around ₹5 LPA, the lowest package was around ₹1.5 LPA, and the average package ranged between ₹2–3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our department provides decent infrastructure and facilities for students. Classrooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities like fans and proper seating. The hostel facilities are average, with clean rooms and basic maintenance. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is manageable, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, though it may not always meet expectations. Medical facilities are limited, but basic first aid is available, and nearby hospitals are accessible in case of emergencies. The college also encourages sports and games, providing space and opportunities for activities like cricket, volleyball, and indoor games.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and have good subject knowledge. The teaching quality is understandable and student-friendly. The course curriculum is fairly relevant and provides basic knowledge required for the industry, but students may need additional skills to be fully industry-ready. The semester exams are moderately difficult. With proper preparation, students can pass easily. The overall pass percentage is around 80–90%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in commerce and finance. The best thing about this course is that it provides basic knowledge about accounting, banking, and business. However, I feel the course could include more practical learning and skill-based training. The college conducts events and fests occasionally, and the campus crowd is friendly.
