Absolutely beautiful college with good faculty and placements.

Placements: Every student will get placed. The name of the placement officer is Ravikanth; he will train every student to get placed. For freshers, the salary package is 2.4 LPA based on company norms. I'm not sure about internships, but I'm pretty sure about placements, and everyone will definitely get placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very pleasant. There is no Wi-Fi, but people can have a good experience with infrastructure. Labs, library, sports, games, computer labs, indoor games, as well as canteen are available in the college. There are no hostel rooms. For 4 years, I never faced any issues with infrastructure or any other related issues during my tenure at the college.

Faculty: JIET has good faculty members. They are even providing guest faculty for every course so that students don't miss any syllabus. Civil, mechanical and other courses get industry exposure. I'm a civil candidate, and in most colleges, there will be issues like no faculty for civil and no equipment, but I promise, you'll get good faculty with all civil equipment here. During projects, faculty members will help you in order to get good marks and percentage.

Other: I was the only girl in the civil branch. Firstly, I was very scared, but my principal called me and promised me that these 4 years would be memorable days in my life, and he asked me to let him know if I face any problem. At the end of college life, I never got a chance to complain about anything, including infrastructure, faculty, fees, people, and classmates. When I joined the college, on the very fine day everyone was celebrating engineer's day, and I was impressed. We'll celebrate freshers day, fest, traditional day, radio jockey functions, farewell and many more.

Be one of the best in your college.

Placements: As there are many private companies, a minimum percentage required is 65% to join in any company. For B.Tech college students, you need to maintain up to 70% to 75% throughout all the semesters, if you want to place in a good company. As my experience and about 40k salary is given to our senior who has selected companies like Wipro, Genpact, IBM, Tata.

Infrastructure: A good atmosphere ground to play, peaceful reading of library, the first-aid box are provided. There is all equipment in every lab, and good speed Wi-Fi is available. In canteen very nice and proper healthy food is provided. There is no hostel facility provided.

Faculty: A good faculty with kind heart are there because they first listen to students issues, then, they react with enough knowledge, and that thing can learn by them, and also they have about 5 to 6 years of experience in teaching level. We have visited an industrial trip to Nagarjuna Sagar which is beneficial for me.

As mentioned above, there will be no great facilities to pursue our studies.

Placements: Placements for our batch and my senior batch were very bad. Not even 1% of students got placed in campus selections. The highest and the lowest was around 15,000 per month. Not a single company came to college for our batch. From the college, we haven't got any internship. The placements and internships are the worst.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi for students. The fan in the classroom will be in an abnormal condition. In the whole college, the only good thing is the library. There we can find some journals and textbooks related to our syllabus. Only a first-aid kit will be present in the college. If any serious issue occurs, we have to move to a nearby hospital. Sports and games will be conducted once a year. For regular daily sports, no material will be given and students should bring their own material. The quality of labs will not impress much. In the canteen, poor quality food and only 1 or 2 items will be arranged for a day. The whole menu kept is useless. There are only private hostels. There were a lot of infrastructure-related issues during my tenure.

Faculty: There will not be proper faculty members. Only 6-8 members are there for our branch. They will deal with all the 2nd, 3rd and 4th-year students including diploma students. Only 3-4 members will be qualified and knowledgeable. They have taken us twice to show a nearby place to show subject-related constructions in water resource engineering. The knowledge attained from college will not be useful.
