MBA in Human Resource Management - Batch of 2018
3.6
Good management institute for HR.
Placements: Placements in the institute need a lot of improvement. Alumni meets should be increased. Internal professors should help in the matters of placements. In the internships as well as final placements the stand that the institute takes is not that worth it.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okay. The campus of the university in the area like juhu is great but internally, it needs some improvement. Benches should be changed. Air conditioning should be done. Hostel facility is available, but even the hostelite have alot of complaints.
Faculty: The faculty and course designed for the course of human resource management were all great. Everything is very systematically designed. The teaching style they all had was very nice. Extremely educated and experienced faculty made it easier for us to understand the subjects well.

Good management institute in Mumbai.
Placements: Placements need improvement. There is a student council and a placement team that guides the students and help them throughout the year. But there should be more of a senior backup. Alumni meets should be increased. The professors must also take some responsibility.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not that great. Overall the university has a huge campus. But the institute should have improvements like sitting chairs, air conditioning. Conference halls are good. The computer labs should be designed more nicely. Hostel facility also needs improvement.
Faculty: The course faculty for human resources was great. They all were highly qualified and extremely experienced and all on the higher positions in good industries. Internal professors were very helpful. The course designed was nice. Overall everything helped in learning.

A good college in Mumbai for doing Masters.
Placements: The placements in our college have to be improved a lot. During the internships and final placements, we had to try a lot on our own. The placement team used to help us undoubtedly, but we can't depend on them completely. There has to be some senior backup as well which will help everyone a lot.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not well maintained. The lecture halls are good but can be improved a lot. The campus is big. There is greenery all around the college. The number of computers in the labs are very less. The labs need to be cleaner. The canteen facility is not good.
Faculty: Faculty in our college are great. There was no problem with any of them. They are extremely qualified and highly experienced. They were very helpful. There was no industry exposure, but they give us a lot of information and knowledge.

A review on Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies
Placements: We have the placement cell in our college, but it needs a lot of improvement. There should be more senior faculty members, and professors should contribute teaching little more. Alumni meet should be increased, and campus interviews should be made a part of the institute. During internships, the experience was good.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. The institute is huge, and the campus is spacious. Washrooms should be kept cleaner. Besides that air conditioning should be made available in all the lecture halls. We have the central library in our college. Labs are not maintained properly.
Faculty: The professors for human resource course were extremely nice. They were very experienced, highly educated and they guided us throughout the course. The internal faculty was very good. They helped us in our every project. We lack the industry exposure.

The best institute for management studies.
Placements: Placements in the college should be improved. There is a placement committee, and the students elect the members of that committee. There are no placements in the college, but there should be the campus placements. If there are placements, then we will get a lot of support for our internships and final placements.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure in the college needs to be improved. Benches and chairs also need to be improved. There is no canteen in the college. There is a common canteen, but it is not worth. Hostel facility is present, but it has a lot of scope for improvement.
Faculty: Professors in the college are extremely wonderful. Internal faculty members in the college are very helpful to students. They always guide us in our project. The external faculty members are simply awesome, brilliant, and wonderful. Their way of teaching is good.

Our college is a good management institute in Mumbai.
Placements: The placements in our college are quite good. Most of my seniors got placed. The only aspect of improvisation is that there should be more senior staff and alumni meets. Especially during internships, we do get help from the placement committee, which we elect, but it has to be improved.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure can be improved to a certain extent. The sitting arrangements, especially the chairs, have to be changed. We have the facilities like a projector, blackboard, and whiteboards in our college, and their quality has to be improved. The hostel rooms need a bit improvement.
Faculty: The faculty, including the human resources, are extremely good. They teach wholeheartedly. The course is very useful. All the concepts of HR are included thoroughly. The professors, both internal and external are very genuine and helpful.

Management college at its best.
Placements: The placements need a lot of improvement. We elect some students out of us for the placement committee but there is no senior backup along with it. There are no campus interviews taken. We have to strive ourselves for our internships and final placement. No Director support at all.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure can be improved a lot. The classrooms are old fashioned. Some lecture halls are quite big but others are horrible. Air conditioners are fitted only in the conference rooms. The labs and the computer halls are also not that good. Canteen facility is not there.
Faculty: The course designed is absolutely fine. There are meaningful subjects starting from basic management subjects to indepth core human resource subjects. The internal and external faculty members were very good, experienced, highly qualified and very helpful. The training methods used were useful.

Good management college in Mumbai.
Placements: Placements were not that great. They have to be improved a lot. The major reason behind it is that there are no campus interviews. There is a placement cell we have. They definetly strive hard during our internships and final placements, but there also has to be some major senior backing.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure needs to be improved. The overall campus is very nice with all the greenery around. But the lecture halls in the college can be improved. The projectors can be made of excellent quality. The canteen facility is not that great.
Faculty: The course designed is awesome. It is going along the appropriate management guidelines. The internal and external faculty we had was great. They were all highly educated and very well experienced. They all came from various backgrounds. Very helpful staff.
