Disappointed with their useless rules and politics. Even they banned mobiles for 1st year students.

Placements: This college placement was quite good compared to other colleges in this region. Campus placement is available but many students won't get selected because of students' poor performance. Top companies like TCS, CTS, and Tech Mahindra give a chance via online drive or off-campus. The placement cell promised to provide placement opportunities only if you have good academic records. If you are skilled they can arrange an opportunity.

Infrastructure: The college has a big campus with less infrastructure even drinking water is supplied through cans and have toilets far from classes This irritated more The hotel is not that good but fair Food in mess is fair for hostel fees Food is available in the canteen in less not much on the menu. Labs are good but not maintained well. A lot of labs are available The computers in the lab are not that good, very slow and old. The library is good.

Faculty: Teachers for 1st year are not that good only a few are experienced The course curriculum is designed by Anna University and exams are held by Anna University because it is affiliated with Anna University. They just teach you subjects. Try to complete the syllabus and make them exam ready.

Other: I chose this course because I love tech but I think I don't like this curriculum I am stressed to study Maths Physics because I only like to code. I don't have time to learn code because of college. Coming to college review This college has very less students. Only join this college if 1. If you are living close to the college.

About Jayam College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Don't believe the college. It is a cheating college, and there are no placements in this college. So, many students life is spoiled here. All the fake companies visit the college and don't choose the college for counselling. If you need placements, then look some other college in another district.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good. It is a very spacious college. The ground is clean and neat. All kinds of sports are here and need little improvements. They are providing the lunch also. The boys and girls separate hostels are available. The transport facility is good.

Faculty: The college is too good, but the teachers and staffs are not that much. Also, the staff are not experienced people also. Here, there is no good education. So, many staff are left because of salary problem. Kindly look some other college for good study.

Other: The cultural, sports, and all others extracurricular activities are strictly banned in this college.

Other: Jayam College of Engineering and Technology is situated at Dharmapuri, a district in Tamilnadu. There is a problem we usually face i.e. after mid night we will find it difficult to get a bus from Dharmapuri to Nallanur where, the college is situated. There are certain faculty members who are very talented while some are not. The college management is very strict in terms of fee. Some of my seniors were unable to attend the university examination as they failed to pay some part of the fees about 5K only. So I do not recommend this institution.
