Jindal School of Government and Public Policy Admission 2026 (Open): Courses, Eligibility, Fees & Selection

O.P. Jindal Global University conducts Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test or JSAT for admission to UG courses. Aspirants with a score in any other accepted entrance exam can also get admission. Students applying for PG courses at Jindal School of Government and Public Policy must pass Public Policy Entrance Test or PPET conducted by the university.

Jindal School of Government and Public Policy offers admission to candidates based on their entrance exam scores. Aspirants can appear for JSAT for admission to UG courses and PPET for MA. O.P. Jindal University also conducts JGU Entrance Test for PhD programme. Aspirants with a score in any other accepted entrance exams can also get admission. Selected candidates also need to pass a personal interview round for final selection.

The admission cycle for PhD programme at Jindal School of Government and Public Policy has two intakes. The school accepts applications from December to January for Spring intake and June to July for the fall intake every year. Candidates can apply online for admission.

Jindal School of Government and Public Policy BSc fees is INR 4 lakh per annum The fee might include components other than the tuition fee, such as a one-time fee payment of INR 50,000. The BSc admission is  confirmed once the candidate submits the required documents and pay the fees.

Candidates can apply for BA (Hons)/ BSc (Hons) courses after completing Class 12 from Indian or any recognised board. Aspirants need to complete a bachelor's degree from a recognised university to apply for MA programme. The selection for UG and PG courses is entrance-based.

Candidates must complete a master's degree in a discipline relevant to the research with at least 55% aggregate or equivalent grade to apply for PhD programme at Jindal School of Government and Public Policy. Aspirants must have a score in UGC-NET, UGC CSIR-NET, GATE, etc. for admission to PhD programme.

JSGPP BA application process is conducted in online mode. Candidates seeking admission are first required to apply by completing the application form to become eligible for admission. Step 2: Now click on 'Jindal School of Journalism and Communication' from the list of schools name.

Step 3: Click on the 'Apply Now' and register with a valid mobile number and email ID.

Step 4: Verify and fill out the online application form.

Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the form.

Step 6: Finally upload all the required documents.

Jindal School of Government and Public Policy accepts applications online. Candidates need to pay INR 2,500 to apply for UG courses. The application fees for MA is INR 1,000. Aspirants can pay the fees via any of the online payment modes.

The fees for UG courses at Jindal School of Government and Public Policy ranges from 14.5 Lakhs to 14 Lakhs, depending upon the course you opt for. The Jindal School of Government and Public Policy (JSGP) at O.P. Jindal Global University in Sonepat, Haryana has an average fee of INR 14,00,000 per year for its six courses. OP Jindal Global University offers Merit-cum-Means scholarship or MCM. The scholarships includes tuition fees only. Jindal School of Government and Public Policy students are selected for scholarship based on their annual family income, qualifying exam scores, JSAT or standardized examination results and scores in faculty interview.

Economics is the only sepecialisations offered by Jindal School of Government and Public Policy for its BSc course. The UG-level course is offered as honors with research, conforming with the National Education Policy 2020. The programme offers students with opportunities for dual-degree and studies abroad programme. The BSc Economics (Hons) allows students to pursue further studies in Economics, Public Policy, Management, Banking and Finance, Investment banking, Statistics, Data Science, etc. The curriculum of BSc Economics has some core as well as elective subjects. The elective subjects are usually choice-based and they include topics that are either related to Economics or related to other fields that could be useful for one’s career.
