JSAT 2026 registration and admission to undergraduate courses of O.P. Jindal Global University is ongoing. The application form is available at the university website. Candidates can fill up the JSAT 2026 application form by creating a login ID. 

JSAT is a remote-proctored mode test, which is conducted by Pearson. Candidates can choose exam date and slot in the application form. What is JSAT?

Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test or JSAT is a common entrance test conducted by O.P. Jindal Global University for admission UG courses in Management, Law, Commerce and Humanities streams. The exam is conducted in remote proctored mode wherein candidates can appear for the exam from any location. Three retakes are allowed to every applicant. The best score of all the attempts is considered for the selection round. Candidates can apply for admission through scores of national level exams also. Check below minimum score required:

Q:   What is JSAT retake scheduling?
A: 

Candidates are allowed to make 3 attempts at JSAT during the year’s testing period if they wish to. The best scores out of all the attempts will be considered. Candidates are required to pay for each attempt and can schedule the retake test with a gap of four or more days from their previous attempt during the testing window (subject to real-time availability). Candidates will be able to select any slot, which is a minimum of 48 hours later than the time they carry out the scheduling transaction in the Pearson VUE system.

Q:   What is the process for admission to various courses in OP Jindal Global University through JSAT?
A: 

Admission process through JSAT includes personal statement and personal Interview. Apart from the entrance exam marks, candidates academic record is also taken into consideration. The examination panel, checks a candidate’s overall record and performance to select for admission. The candidate has to score minimum 50 % marks (Overall in JSAT) for selection. Those seeking admission through other entrance exam scores have to have the following score:

·       SAT – 1100 Marks

·       ACT – 27 Points

·       UGAT – 60 Percentile

·       CUET – 60 Percentile

Q:   How do I appear for JSAT in remote proctored mode?
A: 

To appear for JSAT in remote proctored mode, candidates have to fill the application form and select JSAT option from the competitive examinations section. They will have to then pay INR 1020 for booking an exam slot. Post payment, click on the ”BOOK JSAT SLOT” button to go to the JSAT website, where you have to select “JSAT_001_Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test”. Select your preferred date and time. The confirmation will be sent to candidates in mail.

OP Jindal Global University offers various BBA courses through Jindal Global Business School. Given below are the tuition fee of the same:

·       BBA (H) Marketing / Finance / HR: INR 4,00,000 per annum

·       BBA (Hons.) – Financial Markets: INR 4,50,000 per annum

To apply for BBA through JSAT, candidates need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

  • Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% from a recognised board.

  • Candidates who have appeared in Class 12 exam and are awaiting results can also apply for JSAT.

The total registration fee for JSAT is INR 2500/ including 1st attempt of JSAT entrance exam. The fee is to be paid at the time of slot booking for remote proctored mode exam. For exam reattempt and revaluation, candidates have to pay INR 1020 per attempt. In JSAT, every candidate is allowed three attempts. For every attempt candidate has to pay the exam fee.

Q:   What is the highest package offered at OP Jindal Global University?
A: 

The OP Jindal Global University highest package has not been released officially. MBA Public Policy highest in 2024 was INR 11 LPA.

Some of the students have mentioned in the Shiksha students' reviews that the highest package offered in recent placements was INR 21 LPA. Further, the lowest package offered over the past few years was INR 3 LPA. The OP Jindal Global University average package for the past few years was around INR 6 LPA to INR 7 LPA. There are no official statistics for OP Jindal MBA placements.

JSAT is conducted in remote proctored mode. It is conducted by Pearson VUE system on behalf of OP Jindal Global university. Candidates can appear for the remote proctored JSAT from any location. The need to log in to the link provided by Pearson VUE system and take the test as per the exam slot chosen.

JSAT 2026 application process is a one time activity. Candidates should fill in correct details in the form as selection for admission will be based on the information mentioned in the form. Given below is the JSAT application process 2026: 

  • Go to OP Jindal University website UG admission: https://admissions.jgu.edu.in/business-school-undergraduate-application
  • Register with name, address, mobile number, password, etc.
  • Use OTP to confirm registration 
  • Go to JSAT 2026 application form
  • Fill mandatory fields in the form and upload a recent passport size photo
  • Upload relevant documents if required
  • Pay application fee via debit/credit card or net banking

Candidates must note that JSAT fee is non refundable and there is no option of form correction. Thus, they must fill the JSAT 2026 form correctly. Information mentioned in the application form will be verified during candidate shortlisting and if any of the data is found to be incorrect the candidature may be cancelled.

Important Instructions for Attempting JSAT

Candidates taking the JSAT 2026 must keep in mind the following:

  • There should be seamless internet connectivity while taking the JSAT 2026 exam.
  • Candidates must not leave the computer screen until they finish the JSAT exam.
  • JSAT exam can only be taken on the Desktop & Laptop. Candidates cannot take the test on IPAD and any other devices.
  • Candidates must try to attempt all 120 questions since there is no negative marking.
  • Questions will appear in the following manner—Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Basic Maths.
  • Every section of JSAT comprises 40 questions each.
  • Candidates must keep in mind that, questions once skipped can’t be retrieved back.
  • Candidates need to click the (FINISH) Button after completing all 120 questions to submit the test.
  • The minimum score to qualify JSAT exam is 50% accuracy and above. There is no sectional cut-off.
  • If any student does not qualify JSAT exam on the 1st Attempt, he/she can reappear for JSAT by paying the exam fee (INR 1,020) to Pearson.
  • Candidates can check the confirmation of your exam on the JSAT DASHBOARD.

Q:   What is the difficulty level of JSAT exam?

JSAT is an easy exam. The test pattern is also simple so you can crack it with basic coverage of JSAT syllabus and some practice. There are 120 MCQs in JSAT, to be completed in 120 minutes. There is no pressure of negative marking or sectional time limit. Moreover, every candidate gets 3 attempts. So, if you haven’t performed in first attempt, you can improve your score in the subsequent attempt.

Q:   What is the syllabus for JSAT exam?
A: 

JSAT syllabus includes all the important topics of Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Skills. Candidates must cover English Reading Comprehension, Parajumble, Grammar and Vocabulary. In Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Skills, they are required to cover topics included in the syllabus of an entrance exam for BBA.

Q:   Is there any negative marking in JSAT exam?
A: 

No, there is no negative marking in JSAT. Candidates must understand that JSAT is essentially an aptitude test. It doesn't need extensive preparation and coaching. Basic English comprehension, quantitative and logical reasoning aptitude is tested in this exam. Candidates can prepare for with basic practice and need not worry about the marking scheme as the cut offs are in mid range for admission.

Q:   How do I prepare for JSAT exam?
A: 

JSAT is an easy exam. Candidates can prepare it by practicing sample papers and test practice of Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Skills topics. The questions will be class 12 level for UG courses, so candidates need to mainly brush up the basics and practice a few JSAT sample papers to crack the exam. About 2-3 months of preparation will be enough.

Admission Process Through JSAT 2026

Admission process through JSAT 2026 includes application form submission, written test and personal interview. Candidafes who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for admission. Check round wise process:

JSAT admission Round 1:

In the first round, candidates have to fill an online application form and submit it along with supplementary application, passport size photo and fees. The same application is used for JSAT exam 2026. Candidates must ensure that the application form is error free as information will be used for candidate shortlisting.

JSAT admission Round 2:

In the round 2, candidates selected on the basis of their application form and supplemental application will be called for JSAT and faculty interview. Candidates applying through SAT, ACT, UGAT scores will have to appear for the interview as per the schedule shared by the institute.

JSAT admission Round 3:

In the third and final round, candidates will be selected for admission. The institute will send a Provisional Offer of Admissions to them. Candidates will have to pay admission registration fee and send acceptance note to the university for admission confirmation.
