Jogamaya Devi College review.

Placements: Around 70% of students go for this course because it includes an in-depth study of accounting and finance. The starting package is probably around 20-30k per month. Graduates can work for any company because their main task is to manage the books of accounts.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. There is a library with a wide variety of books. There are also labs, a canteen, medical facilities, and sports facilities. Overall, it's a really good college.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and they help us with all our doubts. The semesters are quite difficult, and the maximum pass percentage is 45%, which I think is very low. But this course helps students to become ready to face different kinds of small jobs.

Other: I chose this course because it includes an in-depth study of accounting and finance. I think it's a really good college, and I don't think there's any need for improvement.

Not that good in facilities.

Placements: Around 70% of student mostly do B.Com. The highest package of this course is 50000 and the lowest is 15000. After this course you can do M.Com CA CS SSC and many more to get good placement and 50000 + salary. 50% students get internship from this course in some accounting and finance company but you have to do hard & smart work t focus.

Infrastructure: From this course the facility provide by the college to us is like Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, library, extra classes, lecture, future discussion. The quality of where college is not bad but neither excellent, hostel facility is not available, the food quality is average in canteen, medical facilities is so good every time medical camp is provided to student, sports & games is also provided.

Faculty: The teachers are good and always help the students with their problems, teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. 80% teachers were good in quality but others are very rude. Well, this course make the students industry ready but student have to focus on this they will ready for industry. When student really understand and learn the subject the semester isn't difficult anymore.

Other: This course is very knowledgeable in jobs and business as well as life also the best thing of this course is to know about the economy of our country.

My overall experience here has been amazing.

Placements: I am a 2nd-year student, and I heard from my seniors that the placements here are pretty good. Students who are goal-oriented can easily get a higher package than the average package of about 7 LPA. About 80% of students get placed in relatively good companies.

Infrastructure: Our college has all the necessary equipment and infrastructure. The college consists of Wi-Fi and a medical support room. We have a huge library and also an e-library. We also have a cafeteria in which the food is good. All the labs, libraries, sports centers and hostels are good and well-maintained, with strict rules and regulations to be followed.

Faculty: Almost every concept is covered in class with well-made presentations approved by the head of departments. The teachers are well educated, and most of them are either pursuing or have already completed their PhDs and are always ready to help students in any way possible.

Other: Our college provides scholarship support for students from middle-class families who couldn't afford so much money for studies.

Really good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: Actually, this college does not offer the placements. So, I don't have any idea how the placements work. The internships are done from this college. At least this college offers some courses outside the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really very nice. There are different classrooms for different streams offered by the college. There are medical facilities in the college. There are different computer labs. There are no hostel rooms attached to the college. There is a big library to study.

Faculty: The faculty members are really very helpful, even some of the faculty members give extra attention if a student needs it. The faculty members usually use chalk and board for teaching. Some teachers are very strict about the assignments though. The course curriculum is helpful.

Other: The campus crowd is average. Different events are organised every year.

This college is a good place for students who wanna stick their face on books for hours.

Placements: The placements for my batch was based on merit and hence, it gives me opportunity to know more. The teaching faculty is good. Professors are always there to lend an ear for each student and I'm glad that they do so. Students are often offered responsibilities, which ultimately enhances their leadership abilities and sharpens their confrontation skills. I'm glad to be a part of JDC.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious. Foods are offered at cheap prices in canteen. The area where they serve food isn't hygienic though. There are facilities for games, sports and other co-curricular activities but there ain't any proper communication of it's existence.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching faculty is good. Some teachers lack interaction though. The chapters and subjects are nicely organised among various teachers for different subjects. They are helpful when individuals walk up to them in need, though.

Other: Events are less compared to other colleges. Connectivity is definitely not a strong point. Campus is sonewhat nice. Surroundings are great.
