College life at Jorhat Medical College and Hospital, Jorhat.

Faculty: Exams are conducted every 3 months and we need to pass all exams, so we are allowed for the annual exam. Faculty members are supportive and understanding. They are always there to help students. The course curriculum is a bit hectic but once we get used to it, it becomes very interesting.

My experience as a 1st year MBBS student.

Faculty: Faculty members here are good, like every medical college. There would be professors that we would never want to miss a class. There are professors whose classes we would never want to attend the second time. At the end of the day, this is college life. We have to get the knowledge on our own. In exams, if we have studied, they are easy and vice versa. The pass percentage is 50%.

Infrastructure is good however needs renovation at some parts. Teachers should be more approachable.

Faculty: The teachers are quite knowledgeable and qualified. The teaching quality is good and is assisted with projector and also blackboard. The student to faculty ratio surely appears to be a decent figure. The work experience of 1 year of internship in the hospital itself gives a clear and appropriate picture of the work.
