OR Candidate passed 12th/equivalent with the Minimum Competency based vocational courses conducted by the different Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with English/Any one of the Modern Indian Languages or Modern Foreign Languages or Classical Language or Information Technology/General Foundation Course/Any one subject carrying 300 marks from among the Minimum Competency based vocational courses prescribed by the Higher Secondary School Certificate examination from time to time are eligible to apply. OR Candidate passed an examination of another University or Body Recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply.
B.M.M.	Candidate passed 12th/equivalent of Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent from the Science, Arts or Commerce Stream are eligible to apply.
B.Com	Candidate passed 12th/equivalent from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply. Candidate passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate examination with vocational subjects are eligible to apply.
BBA	Candidate passed 12th/equivalent from Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply. Candidate of reserved category passed 12th/equivalent from Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education any recognised institute/board with 40% are eligible to apply. Candidate passed Diploma in any Engineering branches with two years or three years duration conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or its equivalent examination are eligible to apply.
B.Voc	Candidate passed 12th/equivalent from any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply.
M.A.	Candidate passed Bachelor of Arts (three year integrated course) of this University or the degree of Bachelor of Arts (Old that is four year course) of this University or a degree of another University recognised as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply. However, that applications of graduates of this University in the faculty members other than the faculty of Arts, or those who have passed the equivalent examination of another recognised University seeking admission to the M.A. degree course by papers, will be considered by the Academic Council on the merits of each individual case on the recommendation of the Head of the University Department concerned/Chairman of the Board of Studies concerned in the subject in which there is no University Department/Principal of a college where the Post-Graduate Centre is granted, and in the case of a student seeking admission to the course by research, on the recommendation of the Chairmen of the Committee of recognised Teachers in the subject concerned before recommending such applications.
M.Lib.I.Sc.	Candidates completed Bachelor of Library and Information Science from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply.
M.Com	Candidates completed degree of Bachelor of Commerce (three years/Six Semester integrated course) or the degree B.Com. (Old Course) or the other Semester based Programmes i.e. Bachelor of Commerce (Banking & Insurance) or Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) or Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Markets) or Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.) from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply.
