An extract of the KJ Somaiya review.
Placements: The highest package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the average package is 2.5-3 LPA. I'm not sure about the percentage of students placed. The companies that offer placements are TCS, Reliance, HDFC, etc., including Wipro. Roughly 40% of students get placed for internships in the companies mentioned earlier, with stipends ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 15,000. Roles include Accountant, Business Development Intern, Finance Intern, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good, especially for sports. They have a whole campus, and it’s a great opportunity for anyone who is into sports. They offer a variety of sports like chess, basketball, football, table tennis, and more. The infrastructure is great, with all the greenery, and there are lots of libraries with a variety of books. For the hostel, I would say it's above average, but it’s very expensive. It is available for all courses. All facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, and others are there, but the hostel is kind expensive. The cafeteria is there, but they don't have a variety.
Faculty: Teachers are good, though not all of them. They possess great knowledge, and some of them have a really good teaching style. The curriculum is helpful, they give assignments and compulsory presentations for everyone, and it is relevant. The difficulty depends on the student. For me, it is very easy, since I have already studied a lot of them in the CA course. But generally, I would say it is moderate. Around 35-40% of students failed last time.
Other: I choose this college and course mainly because of its campus. I'm an athlete, so it's a win situation for me. I wish they would remove some subjects that are not relevant, like MS, which is not relevant to real-life scenarios, not at all. They have a lot of fests and events, and the campus is moderately crowded on normal days, but during fests, it gets even more crowded. They also offer scholarships for girls if their household income is up to 3Lakhs.

Our college has good teaching, infrastructure, and a beautiful campus.
Placements: In our course, only the top 30 of the batch got jobs through the campus placement process since the course is conducted on a part-time basis and mostly working professionals undertake this course. The leading recruiters were TCS, Godrej, HDFC Bank, and the average salary package offered was 2.75 LPA. Internships are not mandatory, however, project work is compulsory for students, and they can work on the same with their project guides. Students are expected to reach out to the companies on their own.
Infrastructure: The college has a huge campus and spacious classrooms that are properly lighted and ventilated also. Computer laboratories and Wi-Fi facilities are available for students. The library has a wonderful stock of reference books, books for further studies, and competitive examinations and magazines also. The canteen food served is affordable and hygienic. Mess facility is also available. The hostel premises and decent and clean. Sports facilities are available and coaches are also present.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and they always encourage learning by sharing real-life examples, case studies, and group discussions. The course curriculum is as per the University standards and at par with other colleges. The semester exams have a moderate level of difficulty, and the passing percentage is 40%, including both internal and external exams.

Best life on campus and really great teaching staff.
Placements: The placements offered at the college are average and the packages are approximately Rs 2.50 Lacs per annum. The various roles that are offered are Assistant Manager, Sales Trainee. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, WNS, Tata and Reliance. Almost 40 to 50 percentage of the students in my batch were placed. Many students prefer to go for an internship in the second year, however it is not compulsory. The lowest package that was offered was Rs 1.25 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is one of the best in the city. The campus is huge, lush green and close to nature. There are multiple libraries present across the campus with a good collections of books. The hostel facility is also appreciated by the students. The food that is served in the mess and canteen is hygienic and affordable. There is a racing track and the college has created a wonderful infrastructure for sports facilities.
Faculty: The teachers have been very supportive and they always use the most innovative teaching methods like student participation through group discussions, role plays and presentations. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry expectations however they can add more industrial visits and conduct more workshops. The passing percentage is 40 percent for both college as well as University exams. The exams have a medium to high level of difficulty.
