Our college has good environment and provides average placements.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant and TCS. Many startup companies visit our college to recruit students. If you have the knowledge, you can get placed in a good company. The salary packages depend on students.
Infrastructure: Labs are old but are working. We have separate UNIX labs and projectors. The infrastructure of labs is good but old. They are not well-maintained. Wi-Fi is available in hostels. The hostel fee is Rs. 2,000 per month. 1st-year students have a separate hostel. Canteen is available in our college.
Faculty: We have semester exams after every 4 months. There is no scope for learning new things. Our teachers provide us with many assignments.
Other: I opted for this college because of its low fee structure.

KGEC - Kalyani Government Engineering College is a good college to opt for.
Placements: All the departments are good, and companies recruit students from every department. The placements procedure is smooth and good. Many companies visit to hire specific department students. The top-most students get a salary package of above 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: All the departments have their separated labs and classrooms. Wi-Fi is available here and there is also a large library. All the students can access the library. Separated hostels are there for boys and girls. All the hostels are on campus, and students can get food also. A canteen is also available here.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They help you in every step. From lab to placement they help a lot. They also guide your further studies if you want. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry. There are many clubs to give you industry information. College exams are not so difficult and all the exams are conducted by the university itself.
Other: A big event is held every year. Many celebrities come, and every student enjoys it a lot. From tech events to cultural, all the events are organised there from morning to midnight.

The college is good for education and placement, but it is bad for hygiene maintenance.
Placements: In MCA, placements in last year were lesser than 30%. In B.Tech, it provides an average of 70%. This year placements in MCA are 44%. Many companies come for campusing. In B.Tech and M.Tech, there are many options. For MCA, recruiters are TCS, CTS, Infosys, Accenture, Tech Exponent, Kreeti, IBM, Willey M3 and some other companies.
Infrastructure: I don't stay at the hostel in my entire college life, but I stayed at the time of the fest. For the first year, MCA girls get another hostel, and the last 2 years get different hostels. The hostel for the first year is not at all spacious and don't provide proper food, but 2nd and 3rd year hostels are good. The issue which is constant in every hostel is they do not provide delicious food. Labs are average, but classrooms facilities are good in the course. The library is very good. For ladies washrooms, sweepers do not come properly to clean. When we complain, then only he appears. Otherwise, the ladies washroom of the MCA department is a negligible place.
Faculty: Semester exams are not difficult at all. Rather it is average. Teachers teach us carefully. Practical exams also contain the attendance part of college. Throughout the studies, students have to do multiple projects. Almost all of the institutes of India does not make students industry-ready at a full phase. Still, if you want, teachers would help you, and you can be almost 25% ready for the industry.
Other: M.Sc. in computer science doesn't have more placements, so I have chosen MCA. I suggest taking care of hygiene and clean the ladies washroom of MCA at least in 2 days and not in 2 months. The draft system of payment has to be improved by online transactions, check facilities, etc. There are many extracurricular activities, but they are after 6 pm. I request the college not to take class till 5:30 pm instead end at 4 pm, so daily passengers can also participate or learn in curricular activities. The best part of our college is our fest, which is awesome.
