Nice placement and good collaboration with companies.
Placements: Hello, currently I am in the final year. From the beginning of the final year itself, companies started visiting the campus. The first was Zensar, which provided a 10 LPA package and an Rs. 80,000/month internship and selected 3 students. Cogitate offered 8 LPA and selected 6 students.
Infrastructure: There is very fast internet connectivity. KIT has its own dedicated server managed by KIT itself. There are huge labs with the latest machines. There are many books and the latest magazines in the library. A digital library is also available for students who wish to seek more information.
Faculty: Faculty members are really very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders. The curriculum is set according to industry standards. The exams are quite difficult. Each exam is written and lengthy. There are no MCQs in the exams, so students have to study hard to write the exams.
Other: I am enrolled in the Computer Science and Engineering branch due to my interest in technology. I specifically chose this branch because of my problem-solving skills. The college has multiple technical as well as non-technical events that help in personality growth.

Absolutely good faculty and support, moderate infrastructure, and average placements.
Placements: Around 90–95% of students from Computer Science get placed, while it is 100% for courses like Biotech and CSBS. The highest package is 41 LPA, offered by Google in 2023, and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA, as the college does not allow any package below this. The average package ranges from 6–9 LPA. For CSE, companies like TCS, Wipro, Adobe, and Amazon visit the campus in alternate years.
Infrastructure: Each department has its own laboratories, classrooms, Wi-Fi, and dedicated sections. The library is prestigious and has a separate building. Talking about the hostel and mess, I can honestly say that the hostel is not very good, but the food in the hostel mess is good. The college does not have medical facilities on campus. But there are many private hostels, private mess facilities, medical stores, and hospitals nearby.
Faculty: Each faculty member is experienced and supportive. The semester exams are moderately difficult because they do not focus only on theory. The pass percentage is about 80–85%. The curriculum is relevant except for some subjects like the Indian Constitution and CCC.
Other: Everyone knows about the Computer Science course, so I won't mention it separately. Instead, I'll talk about the campus. The campus is spread across around 27 acres, but it is not very impressive. The Maharashtra Government offers scholarships for students. The college provides support for the application process. Extracurricular activities and events are excellent.

Good teaching staff, good placements, and supporting faculty members.
Placements: Placements are good in comparison to nearby colleges. Nearly 80% of students got placed. The highest package is 10 LPA & the lowest is around 3 LPA. Top companies like Adani & L&T visit the camus for recruitment. 80% of students get internships in companies like Adani & HCC, and others continue through local companies. Junior engineer is the role offered.
Infrastructure: The course has all labs with Wi-Fi connection, good classrooms, and benches with digital boards. We have AC classrooms with a good sitting area. We have a top-class Wi-Fi-loaded library and also a digital library. Overall, the building is full of Wi-Fi connections. There are four boys' hostels and two girls' hostels available. The college also has an attached playground area and a connected mess available to each hostel. They serve good quality food. Each room has a special study area. Medical facilities are provided to both girls and boys.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Course curriculum is relevant to the branch and makes students industry-ready. Good placements are also available. Exams are not much difficult, and are conducted very well. There is an exam department. 80% of students pass.
Other: Civil engineering is a very good course. In our area, in this college, different companies come to students to provide more opportunities. A lot of events are conducted and more than 15 to 20 clubs are active in the college annually. All the students are participating in the fest. The grand fest is the Meraki in our college. The connectivity is very good and the campus surroundings are full of greenery. Scholarships are available and extracurricular activities are performed very well. From a connectivity perspective, buses are available.

Teaching is very good and practical-oriented.
Placements: Internship percentage for our course is nearly 99 percent but placement is less as students don't accept job offers as they want to complete their Master's. For our course Master's is necessary for a good package and I have seen many of my seniors working in good companies.
Infrastructure: There are water problems sometimes but other facilities are good. Labs have air-conditioners, and there is nearly all the equipment needed for B.Tech level. For my course there is a separate building. Also taking part in other activities is motivated. Many students have won medals in various sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They teach according to industrial need. Curriculum is industry-ready and it is related to the course and is focused on practical skills. Semester exams are not difficult if the entire syllabus is studied and passing is not at all difficult. Above 50 percent of students pass the exam.
Other: I was interested in biotechnology, and this is a very good college for the course I wanted. So, I selected this college.

It is really a good college for engineering and MBA. Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: In my college kit, I am studying in the CSBS department. The percentage of students who got placed is about 10. The highest package offered is 7 LPA, the lowest package offered is also 7 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. Companies like TCS, Adobe, Infosys, and Bentley are offering packages. There are about 4 students who got internships.
Infrastructure: In my department, there are fully ventilated classrooms. In all classrooms, there are digital screens from BenQ systems. All classrooms have different Wi-Fi connections. There are fully equipped 6 computer labs with computer systems. There are three different canteens that are well-facilitated. In my hostel, the rooms are clean and clear. A separate study room is available. There is a ground where you can play cricket, volleyball, football, kabaddi, etc.
Faculty: All the teaching staff of the CSBS department are excellent and knowledgeable. All teachers are helpful and qualified. They teach each subject very well. There is a BCVS subject in which they will teach us to interact with others, stage daring, interview training, speech training, GDS, etc. Semester exams are not so difficult. Teachers give us important questions that we study to clear the exam. The exam is divided into 3 components ISE, for each semester, there are two ISEs for 10 marks each. MSE, mid-semester exam of 30 marks. To pass, you need MSE, ISE1, and ISE2 with a minimum of 20 marks. ESE this is of 50 marks.
Other: I chose the CSBS course because it offers a unique combination of computer science and business knowledge. In today’s industry, technical skills alone are not enough. Engineers are also expected to understand business processes, management, and decision-making. KIT Kolhapur organises lots of events throughout the year, from hackathons like SMART India Hackathon, ideathons, educational series, debates, and cultural events to annual social gatherings and tech competitions. The crowd is described as lively and diverse making campus life social and fun.

Excellent placement offers or a modern structural campus.
Placements: At KIT College mechanical branch offers excellent placements. In each academic year, 90 to 95% of students are placed by campus job offers. The highest package is 15 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Tata Power, etc. 90% of students got internships from the 2nd year.
Infrastructure: The mechanical department of KIT College is modern and big. It contains labs, office, toilets, classroom, and also contains a large parking area. Students face many problems related to mess and food beacuse the available mess is very less and they do not give proper quality food. In college area, some private rooms are present which give good quality of living as compared to college and private hostels.
Faculty: Teachers at KIT College in each department are well-experienced. They are qualified and educated. Each teacher gives help to every student. The syllabus of academic year is helpful to everyone beacuse it depends on practical knowledge. The exam level is hard, and 90% of students crack it.
Other: I joined KIT due to its excellent placement offers. I also want to complete my B.Tech education in core branch so I chose mechanical branch.
