B.E. in Robotics and Automation - Batch of 2028

Overall, L. D. College of Engineering is good for gaining practical knowledge.
Placements: 1st batch of robotics & automation in L. D. College of Engineering will finish in 2026. So, we will know about our branch placement next year. There are many robotics companies, but we do not want to tell exactly right now. In college, no student is doing any internship, but many students do private internships.
Infrastructure: We have all kinds of labs, such as mechanical, computer, textile, rubber, etc. There are many Wi-Fi routers too in our college & some smart boards are also available in the classroom. We also have a library & its a big one, according to the college. Newly constructed hostel is very good. Satisfactory facilities are given to the hostelers, but in old hostel, students are facing a few problems, such as leakage/shortage of water & selling, etc. The quality of food in the canteen & mess both are good. There are also sports events organized 1 time a year.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful & highly educated & knowledgeable. Many subjects really help in practical knowledge. GTU is applicable in our college & so end semester exams are from GTU, and passing marks for that exam are 23 out of 70.
Other: I have chosen this course because of my interest & the best thing about this course is that it is a combination of mechanical, electrical & computer engineering.

It is one of the best ROI.
Placements: In my course, 80 to 90% of students are placed with the highest package being 18 LPA and the lowest being 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Atul Amul Adani and AMNS. This is the placement of last year, this year, they are happening now at the same place.
Infrastructure: My course is decent, but the facilities provided are average. In terms of usefulness, well, thats bad as most things might work sometimes and some might not. The hostel infrastructure is just bad, even for a government college, its unlivable.
Faculty: In terms of faculty, they are one of the most educated in my state, but the curriculum is just not good, its outdated, and the resources to study that are not practical, its like rote learning and remembering everything. The semester exam is hard.

One of the best college L.D.
Placements: Around 165 students are placed in my Mechanical Course. My college provides excellent placement. In the year 2024-25, 92% of students got placed. The highest package is 19 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. Top companies are Reliance, Adani, Atul, L&T, Hitachi, Voltas, etc. My college does not provide any internships. If you want an internship, you must go outside of the college.
Infrastructure: According to the infrastructure, the best facilities are provided by LDCE. The infrastructure of LDCE is very old, and now the departments are under repair. Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, sports club, and any other clubs are provided by LDCE. Good quality food is available in the mess. Canteen food is hygienic, according to me.
Faculty: In LDCE, most of the teachers are well qualified. They are also very helpful to students all the time. Their knowledge is excellent. They have the best type of teaching methods. My course curriculum is not industry-ready to me because it is technical. Semester exams are not very difficult.

The LDCE is the best college for students who want to make their future bright.
Placements: Generally, in all years above 85% of students got placement with above-average placement in their respective branches. In the last year, more than 1000 students got placement. Companies like Reliance, Tata, Adani, etc, offered good placements.
Infrastructure: There are enough, or I can say that good facilities are available for students, like smart and air-conditioned classrooms. There are labs for different subjects that contain all the necessary instruments. There are good facilities for hostelers. There are three different messes for hostelers, and one of them is special for Swaminarayan food.
Faculty: Teachers of the college are very helpful to students. They have lots of knowledge of their respective subjects, which helps students to solve their queries. All teachers have future perspectives, so they give different projects to students related to the topic. This helps to make students ready for industrial experience. The semester exam of the respective subject contains all the necessary and important topics, theories, and numericals.
Other: I am in the mechanical engineering branch. I chose this branch because I have an interest in machines. I want to make some useful machines that help our national security. LDCE's campus and surroundings are full of a lot of activities, which help to gain good knowledge.

This college is good. If you are ready to give your efforts, then come to this college.
Placements: This college is very famous, and this branch is good. It has good placement record. 40 students are placed out of 75 in good companies like Atul, Aditya Birla, Academor, Adani, Wonder Cement, etc. Good roles are offered. Some students get internships here.
Infrastructure: This college is government and very old so infrastructure is not good. But lab and classrooms are good. All the instrumentations are in nice condition, and renovations are continuing. Every branch has provided hostel room, and students can get a room based on their rank. Canteen, mess, sports, and games are all very good.
Faculty: All teachers are well educated from good institutions like IIT, NIT, etc. Most of the teachers have completed their Ph.D. They are always ready to support the students. Course curriculum is relevant to the industry. Semester exam is not tough, we can pass out by normal hard work.
Other: This course has large opportunity in the present and future. It is highly demanded in many companies. Teachers have to try to give more practical knowledge. Events are organised by the cloud.

One of the best colleges, LDCE.
Placements: In my course, it means in electrical engineering, 150 students and 5 to 6 NRI students are placed. Companies like Infosys, Micron, Reliance, Adani, etc., provide placements. Highest package is 16 LPA, lowest package is 3 LPA, and average package is 6 LPA. My college does not provide any internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the LDCE is very old, but environment is healthy. Very best facilities provided like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, cricket ground, library, mess, canteen, etc. I'm not living in college hostel, so I do not provide any information about hostel. Food quality in mess is best, but in canteen it is very bad. Also include facilities like medical facilities, sports and games, many events, etc.
Faculty: In LDC, teachers are very helpful to students. They are extremely qualified and knowledgeable. This type of teaching quality you never got in other college. This course curriculum is relevant. Also, it makes the students industry-ready. Not very difficult the semester exams, but don't take them too easily. Most of the students are passing.
