It has good classrooms and infrastructure. Faculty members and courses are fantastic.
Placements: Here, 80% of students get placed in different types of companies, and some students pursue a master's degree, so not all students sit in placement interviews. Some students take off-campus placement, or they continue their father's business. Here in my branch, top companies like Alstom, Micron, Inductotherm, etc., visit the college to hire students.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are awesome, and the infrastructure is so good. Here we have a 4-floor central library with almost every book that we need. However, here technology students don't get hostels, but they can find PG near the college. Medical facilities are good, and we have a sports and games ground too. We will also get a new sports complex in 2-3 years.
Faculty: Faculty members and course curriculum are good because they are set according to the needs of future jobs. The course curriculum is enough for students to enter industries. For our interest, they have major and minor elective courses, so we can also study our favourite branch subjects and sit in our favourite companies' interviews.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in power electronics and electric vehicles.

Satisfied with the college but have a hectic curriculum.
Placements: Around 70% of students got placed till now. Placements are still going on. The average package is between 6 to 7 LPA. The highest package is 16 LPA. Torrent Power and Adani are among the top recruiting companies. The top role offered is a graduate engineer trainee for electrical engineering.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is so good. Classes are well-maintained. There are ACs in some classes and some don't. Labs are managed with advanced technology equipment and software used for simulation purposes. Hostels are only available for girls till the end of the third year.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They help in every possible way they can. The teaching quality is good but sometimes, it is average. The course curriculum is relevant. The curriculum is hard as there are 3 components of evaluation like CE, LPW, and SEE. It is mandatory for you to score in every component to get good marks. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: At my JEE rank, I got this course. The best thing about this course is the electrical field is evolving and students with an interest in the electrical field will love it. Talking about fests and events, they are amazing. In February and March, you will get fests or events almost every weekend.

Only professionalism even in college life.
Placements: Over 80% of students are placed in Electrical Engineering. The average package is 6-7 LPA, and the maximum is 12-13 LPA. Roles include maintenance of electrical appliances used in industries, designing for companies like lift manufacturing companies, TCS, etc. In short, there is no issue with placement, just need to maintain CGPA throughout the degree.
Infrastructure: High-speed Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. Canteen food is clean, healthy, and tastes so good (3 canteens are available on the campus offering a variety of cuisines and flexible times for students. Even vending machines are available at different places for snacks). Classrooms are spacious and very well-ventilated, with both traditional chalkboards and projectors, which are beneficial for students. Labs are equipped with all necessary equipment. Nirma also motivates sports and health by conducting a 3-credit course (YOGA).
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and skilled in terms of teaching. Despite professors being very strict, they are very helpful in nature, and the student-to-teacher ratio is great. Basically, you just need to maintain discipline. Yes, the course curriculum is perfectly set for the basic knowledge of the industry.
Other: There are fewer cultural events for engineering students, whereas there are a lot of cultural events for management students.

Some good things and some bad things about our college -Nirma University.
Placements: Around 85% of the batch gets placed every year. The highest package was 13 lpa, with an average package of 6.16 lpa. Almost every student who gets an internship opportunity is willing to do it. College helps a lot in finding companies for internships. In electrical engineering, students are offered the role of head of the electrical department of the company.
Infrastructure: In our course, some of the classes are non-existent, which is a big issue in the summer. Other classes are well maintained with decent furniture and facilities. Computers and other laboratories are well-equipped and maintained. Hostel rooms are good enough and food is also good but a bit expensive.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and more than half of them are Ph.D. holders. Some of the teachers are very casual and are not serious about their work. But others are good and put in enough effort to make the concept clear to the students. Laboratory work in every subject made students somewhat industry-ready. It is really difficult to pass the semester-end exams as the level of the exam paper is on the tough side and checking is also strict. 34% is the pass percentage.
Other: I got admission through my JEE Main marks and according to my marks I got an electrical branch. Electrical engineering is a flexible and evergreen branch. Events and fests are regularly held in every field, including technology. The campus is located on the SG Highway, which makes its surroundings good enough.

The provided service is reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money.
Placements: There is a considerable level of interest in my college, in my view. The average package offered in my course ranged from 6 to 7 Lacs, while the highest package reached 12 to 20 Lacs. I must admit that my knowledge about companies is limited. However, it is worth mentioning that the majority of students were able to secure internships.
Infrastructure: The hostel I stayed in was actually quite impressive, as it provided all the necessary amenities for students. We had access to a well-equipped lab, Wi-Fi, and other essential facilities. Moreover, the air conditioning was excellent. However, there were occasional limitations in terms of unlimited food availability. I highly recommend every student consider joining my college.
Faculty: The teachers in our hostel were indeed highly qualified, with only a few exceptions. We were fortunate to have such knowledgeable teachers in our midst, and I highly recommend them. They were not only helpful but also played a crucial role in preparing the students. The situation was quite typical, with approximately 40% of the teachers being on par with those in any other college.

It is the best college for engineering courses in Gujarat.
Placements: Many top recruiting companies visit our campus for recruitment. The salary packages are decent. Many students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered ranges between 13 LPA - 14 LPA. The average salary package offered was 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Adani Power, Adani Enterprises Ltd, Byjus, Chegg India, Bluestar Ltd, etc. Around 70-80% of students got internships in this course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best. All facilities are available in this college. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Laboratories are well maintained. Classrooms are decent. Projectors, whiteboards, and proper seating arrangements are available in our classrooms. There is a vast library. All kinds of resources are available in terms of offline and online modes. The hostel is average. The food served in the canteen is good. Mess is average. Medical facilities are available. Playground is available. Sports are conducted in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Few of them are Ph.D. scholars. The teaching quality is great. Teachers are interactive with students. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are moderate. If you go through the notes during exams, semester exams become easy. The pass percentage is 40%. The exams are conducted consecutive and no breaks are given between exams.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Many events, annual fests, and tech fests are conducted in this college. Our campus crowd is good. Many clubs are available such as Mesa, Eesa, Chesa, dance, drama, etc. Scholarships are provided to those students who score 80% of marks in 12th grade.

Our college provides good infrastructure and education.
Placements: The highest salary package offered in the CSE course is 48 LPA. The average salary package offered is 13 LPA. The highest salary package offered in the electrical engineering course is 13 LPA. There is a special placement committee in our college that looks after placements. Teachers try their best to provide us with the best placements.
Infrastructure: All facilities are very good. Classrooms and libraries are well-furnished. The sports ground is under construction. There are 3 canteens on campus. They provide good food. There is space for parking. The ground is spacious.
Faculty: There are 3 exams each semester. Our teachers conduct class tests, mid-semester exams, and final semester exams. Exams are good. Teachers are well-qualified. Some of them are helpful. Almost 85% of attendance is mandatory in our college.
Other: Our college conducts many events each semester. It is situated on the Ahmedabad Gandhinagar highway. Its location is good.

Nirma-The place of excellence.
Placements: My course is Electrical Engineering. 75-80% students got placed in my course. This branch of engineering helps us to get knowledge of various fields of electrical engineering like Power System, AC/DC Machines, Power Electronics also focusing on the practical knowledge as well. The highest package of the passing out batch was 12 LPA, the lowest being 4.5 LPA and average of 6 LPA. The top recruiters in Electrical Engineering at our college are Adani, Reliance, Siemens, TATA, TCS, Wipro, Mahindra and Mahindra. Many students got placed for the management side jobs as well, some get placed in the core sector as well depending on the interests.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided by the course are quite impressive. There are labs for performing both software and hardware experiments. Two labs are assigned for hardware experiments where machines are kept and panels are made where necessary connections are to be done by the students to carry out the practical. After explaining the theory part of the experiment, the students are required to do the necessary connections on the panel. Wi-fi facility is available in the campus but only for those students, who get their systems/laptops IP address registered with the college. Then only they will be allowed to access the college's Wi-fi. The library is quite big and fully AC centralized. Classrooms are also equipped with smart boards along with projectors. There are 4 hostel buildings in the campus, different for boys and girls, with one mess and three canteens in total. Grounds for various sports like Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Lawn Tennis and Badminton are available.
Faculty: All the teachers in my department are having many years of experience in their pockets. Very well-versed with their domain of teaching and every teacher teaches at least two different subjects. Various other courses are also offered to the students in the form of electives, so that overall development of the student can take place and not only in the particular domain of the stream chosen. There are electives such as Open Electives and University Elective. The level of exams is average, neither too easy and nor too hard. Passing percentage would be about 85%. The exam fixture is as follows: Initially one Class test almost after one month of commencement of semester, then after a gap of minimum one month, we have the mid semester exams and then finally we have the Practical exams followed by end semester.
Other: Being amongst the top private engineering universities in Gujarat, I decided to take up this course in Nirma University. The good thing about the course is that there is at least one industrial visit in every semester, that helps the students to peek into the actual world, that the things we study, how do they actually work. If more emphasis is done on practical understanding, then it will help in improving the understanding of the students much more. Nirma University is also known for its culture of events, campus life, the environment. Every week one or the other events are happening in some of the institutes. The students gets numerous opportunities to showcase their talents, not only in academic related tasks but in co-curricular activities are well. Talent hunt, Fashion walk, dance competitions, quizzes, debate competitions take place regularly. There are a number of scholarships provided by the university, which include scholarships provided by the government, as well as those provided by the university itself on the basis of merit. Every year, the students securing first position in its particular branch is awarded with a Gold Medal.

Every year this university release their cutoff for giving admission in this college and you need to score more than 75% in your 12th and having a decent score in JEE mains which exceeds more than 150 marks.
