It is my dream college, and it is a good college.

Faculty: The teachers here are quite helpful and very knowledgeable. They help students with any doubt, and their teaching quality is quite good. The course which I am currently pursuing is a bachelor of elementary education, and it depends on the hard work of the students.

Placements: I am currently pursuing a course of bachelor of elementary education in Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University, or LSR. The placements in our college are quite good. Many schools also visit our campus for recruitment. Moreov...

This college has turned out to be a good opportunity for students.

Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and insightful. Most of them are there for the students, and they reach out for them. But few teachers do get biased or have a different approach to teaching which may or may not be preferred by the students. Our combination is economics and computer applications. The syllabus is not relevant, but as it is on a basic level. The semester exams are not difficult, if students have studied. Theory subjects do get a bit lengthy, but practical ones are easier to sco...

LSR has one of the best college placements for the Humanities stream.

Faculty: The teachers of LSR are highly qualified and have a very positive attitude towards learning. They are up to date with the new changes and are always available to help students clear their doubts. The course is relevant as the entire board to DU scrutinises the syllabus every year and makes changes every year. The syllabus is the same for all colleges in the DU. The semester exam is at an average difficulty level. All the colleges have same paper. The pass percentage is above 40%.

Placements: Over 100 students of the 360 students who registered for placements got placed. The highest offer was 37.8 LPA, the highest in Delhi University. The average package is 9.1 lac. Over 300 internship opportunities were offered. Summer internships from industry giants like Bloomberg, Nomura, Standard Chartered and Citibank were offered. Economics students have the biggest department split of all the placements I. e. 36.7%. The top roles are Analyst, Trading Analyst, Strategy and Planning Associates,...

Overall, it is the best college at Delhi University.

Faculty: I am currently studying commerce B.Com, and I must say that the quality of teaching is very good. Most people say that, at the college level, you have to study on your own, no one teaches. But in our 2 years, the faculty I got are awesome and very dedicated towards teaching and highly experienced which can give you a good level of knowledge in certain subjects on a condition that you too have to put your efforts.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Bajaj Finserv, Airtel, Sargam, Reliance, and man...

Highly satisfied with my experience at LSR because of faculty and quality of education.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They have done Ph.D. and have teaching experience of around 30 years. There are adhoc teachers too but they are also very educated. Teachers teach using both smart boards and blackboards. The course curriculum is also very good. Teachers teach what is relevant. Although they also need to focus on questions that come in M.A. entrance also because students really struggle cracking it. As a result of which they often have to take extra tuitions. Teachers also need to ...

LSR is a good college for students to build a bright future.

Faculty: Another point that makes the college different is its teachers and their support. We are free to take advice and guidance from them anytime. They teach us quality content and make us industry-ready. Semester exams are totally based on intelligence, and to pass, one needs to work hard.

Placements: It is a great college with awesome placement opportunities. Around 80% of the students get placed on average. They are placed in good firms like Samsung, E&Y, Amity School etc. Salary packages offered were around 2....

Anyone interested in the subject will definitely love it besides the fact that ofcourse it requires a great learning and understanding capacity. Satisfied with the faculty members, but the placements are average.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful. They are PhD holders and are knowledgeable. We have many practical and main exams. We also get real-life exposure. In B. El. Ed, we go to schools and teach children using a creative method. Smart classes and tutorial sessions are also available. The college timings are from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM.

Placements: Almost 50% of the class got placed last year. Salaries offered ranged from Rs. 30,000 per month to Rs. 40,000 per month. Schools like Kendra Vidhalya and internationals sch...

Review of Lady Shri Ram College for Women.

Faculty: LSR has remained on the list of top colleges for humanities and commerce in the country for a very long time now. In addition, those who want to obtain at least 55% marks in a Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with a focus on Science and Mathematics or any other equivalent degree are also eligible to apply for the entrance examination. Previously the candidate had been able to appear in the DU B.Ed entry many times if he failed to crack in the first attempt. However, according to 2021 notices, it is said that the candidate will not appear in the B.Ed course under the University of Delhi more than 3 times if he fails to break the door in the first attempt. Hope this helps!
Good Luck!
