IISER Bhopal cutoff 2025 has been released for different categories of students under the AI quota. For the General category, the cutoff rank for BS + MS admission across multiple specialisations was 2015. For BTech, the Round 1 closing rank stood at 974. The cutoff differs each year based on certain things. The IISER Bhopal offers three admission channels such as the SCB (STATE CENTRAL BOARD), KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana), and IIT JEE Advanced for admission to the BS and BS-MS (Dual Degree) programmes. Based on the category rank list that is acquired from KVPY, a common rank list is generated for candidates who apply through the KVPY channel. The highest ranking candidates would be admitted in the courses offered by IISER Bhopal. The JEE (Advanced) category rank list determines the candidates, after they apply through the JEE channel. For applicants using the SCB, they will have a separate cutoff. 

 The top recruiters of IISER Bhopal are as follows - TCS, Union Bank, Deloitte,  Excel Instruments,  IDBI Bank (Industrial Development Bank of India),  Nurture.farm,  SBI (State Bank Of India), Atotech. Based on information provided by IISER Bhopal, Deloitte chose five final-year students for IISER Bhopal placements in 2022. Additionally, as part of the IISER Bhopal summer internships 2022, a third-year BS student was chosen for a three-month summer internship at nuture.farm. In addition, four Indian Institute of Science Education & Research Bhopal students were chosen to participate in IISER internships in France in 2022. In addition, the median package offered during the IISER Bhopal BS and BS-MS placements in 2022 was INR 17.5 LPA and INR 6.5 LPA, respectively, according to the IISER Bhopal NIRF Report 2023

In comparison to 2021, the median package offered during BSc-MSc placements in 2022 increased by about 18%.
Data released by IISER Bhopal indicates that Deloitte previously selected five final-year students for IISER Bhopal placements 2022. 
The placement results for 2023 have not yet been formally announced. Previously, 2022 placed 13 out of 152 BSc graduates. Out of 138 students, 3 BSc students were placed successfully in 2021.  The median package for BSc students was INR 11.40 LPA.
Given that IISER Bhopal only has five students and IISER Pune has thirteen students chosen for placement. IISER Pune hence provides superior placements.

You can enter IISER Bhopal by taking any one of the following exams.

1. KVPY. Candidates who have recieved provisional KVPY scholarship are eligible to aplly at IISER Bhopal.
2. JEE Advanced. You must rank with in the top 10,000 students in common rank list. For Candidates from OBC/SC/ST/PwD category, their rank from respective category will be used.
3. IISER Aptitude Test (also known as IAT). Cutoff for this test changes every year so, it is best to keep yourself updated.

Yes, IISER Bhopal accepts JEE score for admission. You can get admission in IISER Bhopal through JEE Main rank if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the JEE advanced channel, which is to secure a JEE Advanced rank within 10,000. You also need to have 10+2 with a Science stream and Maths as one of the subjects. IISER Bhopal offers a BS-MS degree programme for four years. You can also apply for admission through KVPY and SCB channel.

Previously, five IISER Bhopal final-year students were chosen by Deloitte at IISER Bhopal placements 2022, according to data made public by IISER Bhopal. Additionally, as part of the IISER Bhopal summer internships 2022, a third-year BS student was chosen for a three-month summer internship at nuture.farm. In addition, four Indian Institute of Science Education & Research Bhopal students were chosen to participate in IISER internships in France in 2022.

The official announcement of the 2023 placement results is still pending. Previously, 13 of the 152 BSc grads were placed in 2022. In 2021, 3 BSc students were successfully placed out of 138 total. Thirteen BSc students were placed during IISER placements in 2022, according to the report. For BSc students, the median package was INR 11.40 LPA.

Since IISER Pune had 13 students selected for placement and IISER Bhopal has only 5 students. Therefore, IISER Pune offers better placements.
