The college is good at knowledge sharing, good at campus, and placements.

Placements: Our college has more placements and internships. It conducts more workshops, and many placement companies are available here.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure. Smart classrooms and all lab facilities are available in our college. The library has a large collection of books. Hostel fees are affordable for students. Sports like kabaddi, volleyball, cricket, and many other games are available at our college. Maintenance is good, and the fee structure is reasonable compared to other colleges.

Faculty: Our college staff are knowledgeable and qualified. They teach easily to help us understand the topics. The curriculum activities help to mold the students. Semester exams are difficult, but we hope to perform well in the examination.

Best college in Madurai.

Placements: In B.E. civil engineering 2023 batch, 68% of students got placed. The highest package was 8.2 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and average was 4.3 LPA. Top recruiters were L&T, Tata Projects, Ultratech, and Shapoorji Pallonji. 72% of students got internships at PWD, CPWD, and Afcons. Roles offered were site engineering, QS, planning, and design engineering.

Infrastructure: Civil engineering department had well-equipped labs (concrete, geotech, fluid lab, structures lab, survey lab), CAD lab, and smart classrooms. Hostel had good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, 24X7 water and security, mess with hygienic food, study halls, and sports facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members were experienced with industry and research background. Curriculum covered core subjects, software tools (AutoCAD, STAAD), and site practices. Exams included internals, model exams, and end-semester theory/practical assessment with regular project work.

Placements in our college are good. Our seniors are also good.

Placements: Placements for our college are very good. Our seniors are very good. Highly reputed companies visit our college and recruit our seniors with reasonable packages. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. I am working in a reputed company with a high package.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is the best. The campus environment is good. I suggest students consider the standard of our college as a minimum benchmark to choose a good college and have a good career. Classroom, laboratory, library, and canteen facilities are good.

Faculty: Our faculty members are knowledgeable. They will help in getting good marks. All staff members are PhD holders. They are experienced, well-trained, and well-qualified. I express my heartfelt thanks to the Latha Mathavan Engineering College.
