For admission to BA courses, candidates have to ensure that they are fulfilling the eligibility criteria i.e. Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 45%. Additionally, candidates have to appear for the MET entrance exam. The last decision of the college for admission to the BA programme is based on the scores secured in the MET entrance examination. 

Manipal Institute of Communication provides placements to BA and other course students. Some of the top recruiters for MIC placements are Times Group, India Today, CNN, Amazon, and BBC. Many other good companies other than those stated above were also included. The placement packages offered by these companies were also good. 13 LPA was the highest package which was offered to the students. The average package of UG was 3.5LPA respectively.

The percentage required for admission to BA courses at the Manipal Institute of Communication is 45%. Every year Manipal University conduct an exam called MET i.e., Manipal entrance test, after the test is done it will declare  results in few days. Based on the merit of the student it fills up all the courses in the university

Other than Manipal Entrance Test people also get admitted directly through their merit marks in 12th grade board marks in physics, maths, chemistry and biology, or through some kind of personal interview, portfolios etc. So this year as the Manipal University Entrance Test is completed the admission process is going on

MET 2026 application form last date has not been announced yet. Candidates will have to fill out and submit the MET application form before the final date. No late applications will be accepted. MET application form will be available online and no other mode of application will be accepted by the authorities.
