If someone misses the internal exam in Manipal University then there can be two ways in which students can proceed
1. Don't think about it and do the very best of you in next exams.
2. Try to talk to Cr or professor responsible for that course and examination and reques him/her to re-conduct the examination and give your valid reason. According to official website of manipal university they will give second chance for students who missed any internal exams and have a valid reason. So if the professor and academic office gets convinced by your reason you can write the exam again as every exam is important for our grade which will decide the future in interviews.

Every year Manipal University conduct an exam called MET i.e., Manipal entrance test, after the test is done it will declare results in few days. Based on the merit of the student it fills up all the courses in the university
Other than Manipal Entrance Test people also get admitted directly through their merit marks in 12th grade board marks in physics, maths, chemistry and biology, or through some kind of personal interview, portfolios etc. So this year as the Manipal University Entrance Test is completed the admission process is going on
