Join a club and enrich your knowledge.
Placements: Technical support and technical associate placement percentage at our college was around 89% (genuine record). The highest salary package was 10 Lacs, while the lowest CTC was 3.4 Lacs, with an average CTC of 4.5 Lacs. Top recruiters for our course included Capgemini, Cognizant, Presidio, Accenture, and Infosys. Fifty percent of the students secured internships from startup companies.
Infrastructure: There are a total of 9 labs for our department, along with a library and a tutorial room. The hostel quality is okay, and the food is also acceptable—not fantastic, but not too bad. There is a medical room at our college that provides free first aid, and it also has a B.Ed program within it.
Faculty: The teachers in our department are highly knowledgeable; they continuously learn new things alongside us and teach the same with proper explanations. The curriculum changed last year and is now tailored to meet industry standards.

Review of Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College.
Placements: Our college has a good placement record for all departments for both IT and core companies. Top MNCs like Zoho, Cognizant, TCS, Presidio, etc., are the top recruiters of our college. The highest package of the current academic year is 18 LPA. The average salary package is 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college maintains a good, clean, and greenery campus of 15 acres, with modern classrooms, well-maintained laboratories, and a Wi-Fi-enabled campus that supports hands-on and practical learning. The library is well-stocked with academic resources, journals, and digital access to learning platforms.
Faculty: Another great aspect of the college is college encourages students to participate in external coding competitions, paper presentations, and hackathons like SIH, etc., for both academic and personality development. Faculty members are always supportive and well-qualified.

An average college. Strict rules with average placement. Staffs are good.
Placements: 60-75% of students got placed in jobs. The lowest is 2.5 LPA, and the highest will be 9 LPA or 10 LPA. Recruiting companies are Wipro, CTS, Kaar Technologies, etc. Internships are not offered in companies, and we pay for them. No core companies are coming for campus placement in our college. Only software-related jobs are available.
Infrastructure: Labs, library, ground, and canteen are available. Qualities of hostel and mess food are very poor. Quality of food in the canteen for day scholars is somewhat average. Medical facilities are good. We have PT for sports. Hostel students always complain about the hostel infrastructure and the quality of food.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Some are rude. The course does not make a student industry-ready. Pass percentage is 45% and its moderately difficult. The teaching quality is quite good here. Only thing is they ask too much money for everything.

MSEC College: all you need to know before joining the college.
Placements: Nearly 90% of students are placed in this year and the highest package is 11 LPA. Top companies like Accenture, Cognizant, and TCS are recruiting at this college and 50% of the students got internships. The top roles offered are frontend development, full-stack development, and backend development.
Infrastructure: For my course B.Tech IT, labs are provided for specific courses and dedicated labs for every year, like for 1st year specific labs that have Ethernet connections. Hostels have rooms but they are below average. The fee is 40,000 rupees and 3 members per room are allotted.
Faculty: Faculty members are well trained and very nice. They will guide us. Teaching quality was good for the first year. You will study common topics for all courses, like all colleges. The semester was easy if you studied well. They will give enough practice and 90% of students passed.
Other: I chose this course because I love computer science, and CSE and IT are both nearly the same. In IT, there is no tough subject like DSP and it guides us on the right path for our future. There are a lot of inter-college events every week and campus is surrounded by lots of trees and shops. Cricket, volleyball, tennis, badminton, kho-kho, and football are there. Phones are not allowed in the college.

University and it's universal truth.
Placements: Nearly 60% of students are placed in our class. The average package is 40k per year and the top companies that came to recruit us are Accenture, presidio, Infosys, Kaar Technology, Embedded Your, Ncompass ust global, Visai, SIT, etc. The highest package offer is about 9 LPA and the lowest is about 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Lab systems are not well maintained and cleaned. The network is weak sometimes and the entire college has a single library. Hostel food is average and canteen food is not much good. Fewer sports activities. There is no understanding from teachers to students who are struggling to study.
Faculty: Our department teachers are friendly. They will let students go on their way in academics. Students won't feel any pressure during exam times and some teachers are excellent at teaching but some teachers are not that good. Pass percentage in more than 90.

Placement dropped but our batch is planning on overcoming it.
Placements: The college provides good placement training, but despite that, my seniors were not able to secure the packages they wanted. Sometimes it seems like they struggled to meet new requirements, such as those related to AI. The packages also have limitations, like no standing areas and a history of arrears with CGPA, as well as 10th and 12th-grade marks.
Infrastructure: It’s unfortunate that many students eat in our classroom because they dislike the food in the canteen. Sometimes, the food there is really bad, while other times it can be good; it just depends on the staff's mood. The building is quite old, and there are many things to explore that make it feel good. In the hostel, many students learn how to navigate difficult situations
Faculty: The teaching is quite helpful. During the semester, any student can study in the college all day, and even at the end of the semester, they can interact with teachers, who will clear up any doubts. Students can work on projects, publish papers, and participate in conferences and presentations guided by professors.
