No, you cannot join SRM Easwari Engineering College directly. Admission to SRM University is possible either through clearing the SRMJEEE entrance exam or direct admission through management quota. However, to encourage and support students of exemplary talent, SRM Institute of Science and Technology offers direct admission to top 10,000 rankers in IIT JEE, top rankers in each district of Tamil Nadu, and exemplary sports persons at the national level

Q:   Which entrance exam is accepted by SRM Easwari Engineering College?
A: 

All the courses at Easwari Engineering College are offered in affiliation with Anna University. For admission to PG courses such as MBA and MTech, candidates are required to appear for the state-level TANCET entrance exam. This exam is conducted by Anna University and is valid for admission to all of its affiliated colleges across the Tamil Nadu state in PG courses. Further, for admission to MTech, the national-level GATE entrance exam is also accepted. Candidates are required to apply online on the official website of the respective entrance exams to appear for them.

Q:   What is the procedure to take B.E./B.Tech admission at SRM Easwari Engineering College?
A: 

 To apply for BTech course, students should visit the official website.  TNEA counseling is still available for kids in special education. Between July 27 and September 9, online general counseling for academic, government school 7.5 categories, and vocational applicants will take place.

A total of 15 specialisations are available in the four-year BTech programme at SRM Easwari Engineering College. Several departments of Easwari Engineering College are offering this programme in conjunction with Anna University. Merit-based admissions are used for BTech. Based on their performance on the most recent qualifying exam, qualified applicants are chosen. Through a state-level TNEA Counselling conducted online, the final seat allocation is made.

Q:   What entrance exam scores does SRM Easwari Engineering College accept for admission to B.E./B.Tech?

The TANCET seat allotment list for MBA admissions was available to candidates. Additionally, DTE performed the SCA to SC counselling and supplemental TANCET counselling in an offline way. The selection process for a four-year BTech course at SRM Easwari Engineering College is inclusive of fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria and appearing for the counselling round. SRM Easwari Engineering College offers direct admission to BTech course. Those who pass Class 12 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects from a recognised board are eligible to apply for BTech. The institute selects candidates based on their merit in the last qualifying exam of Class 12. SRM Easwari Engineering College.
Placements: A lot of IT companies come for recruitment. There is special training for placements in our college. They teach about new technology according to industry level. They provide many internship opportunities, followed by placements in various companies and industries.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good in our college, and the infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a large, comfortable library are very good. The quality of the food in our canteen is normal, and for sports, there is a separate ground for training and practicing.
Faculty: The faculty members in Easwari Engineering College have a doctorate in their respective domains. The knowledge they share with us helps in studies, prototype building, and events conducted. They are so friendly and helpful, which gives confidence to students. The course is relevant to the curriculum and makes students industry-ready.

Our college is really good overall. Overall, highly recommended.
Placements: Placements in our college are really good. We get like top-tier companies. Students also get training for job placements and have a high chance of getting offered. We have aptitude and so many other exams to help us with placement training. We get high-tier companies for placements. There are many student recruited with good LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. All Building are provided with elevator. We have so many facilities here. Many labs and libraries to work with. We are provided with high-quality teachers, wifis, and resources. As far as food goes, our college canteen is in high demand. We have canteens all around campus for easy access. We have ambulances on standby and pharmacies inside our campus.
Faculty: Our faculty members are highly qualified. The materials provided are really helpful for our exams. As far as the exam goes, it's difficult, especially the CATs, but it makes our semester exams easier, which is an advantage. We have a passing percentage of 65% which is challenging yet very helpful.
Other: Our college is not just academically oriented. It conducts so many cultural events and gives us exposure. They encourage us to participate in other college events as well.

Our college, SRM Easwari, is well reputed and good for placements.
Placements: Most students get placed in our college, especially from my department. My seniors recently got placed with good packages ranging from 8 LPA to 10 LPA. The top role offered in our department is a civil engineer. Many students secure internships in their third year, especially those with a CGPA of 8 and above.
Infrastructure: The college offers many facilities. It includes Wi-Fi. Water available on every floor of the campus. The classrooms are clean and well maintained. The hostel is also well maintained and cleaned daily for cleanliness. The quality of food in the hostel is good and to eat.
Faculty: Teachers who teach us are very helpful and make it easy to understand concepts clearly. The courses they teach are always related to the curriculum. It makes students ready for the industry, allowing them to gain experience.
Other: I chose the civil engineering course because I wanted to become a civil engineer. I have had a good experience in this college for studies, and it is also good for placements. The college conducts many events as well.

It's really good in studies and placement.
Placements: 90% of students are placed in automobile department. Ashok Leyland, Renault Nissan, TCS, and Zoho are the top recruiting companies. About 80% of students are placed in internship. Design engineer, industrial engineer, manager, and entrepreneurship roles are offered. The highest package is 7.5 LPA, and the lowest package in our course is 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good in our college, and the infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a large, comfortable library are so good. The facilities in our hostel have good vibes, and the quality of the food in our canteen is very super, and the medical facilities are good and have top doctors in our college. For sports and games, having a separate ground for training.
Faculty: The faculty members in Easwari Engineering College have a doctorate in their respective domains. The knowledge they share with us helps in studies, hackathons, prototype building, and events conducted by other colleges. They were so friendly and helpful, which gave confidence to students. The course is relevant to curriculum and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are typically same as those in other autonomous colleges.

Placements: 70% of students are placed in Zoho, Infosys, Zifo, and TCS. The highest package is 22 LPA, average is 5.6 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Siemens and GE Healthcare are top recruiting companies. 70%-80% of students are placed in hospitals across India and Tamil Nadu and companies like Phoenix Medical System and ICAR-CIRCOT Mumbai as sales and service engineers.
Infrastructure: Classrooms with projector and sometimes fans, light, and windows will be broken labs-microcontroller, instrumentation. Quality of food and hostel is average. In sports, you will be given chances to participate in other college sports events if you are a sports person.
Faculty: Teaching quality is average, and some of them won't be teaching properly. You will have to study on your own. Course curriculum is average, and somewhat makes students industry-ready. Difficulty of semester exam depends on the subject, and pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I chose this course as it is related to biology. Best thing is that it helps the doctor. I wish the infrastructure, facilities, and placement offers related to core companies were improved.
