Satisfied because of the campus, faculty members, good placements, and the functions.
Placements: I took management admission in this college. Fifty percent of students were placed in my course. Some students can take admission based on their merit marks, for which they will have to pay only semester fees of 21,000 rupees in the first semester. Then it will reduce to 10,000 to 11,000 rupees. Some students can take admission in management, where they have to pay 50,000 rupees, including semester fees. I have not graduated from my college yet, so I am not sure about placements. Our college provides placement opportunities, but I am not certain about the companies. After this course, we can become accountants, pursue M.Com, or take CA.
Infrastructure: Our college is very clean and disciplined. In our class, there is one projector and a blackboard. Wi-Fi is not available in our college. There are computer labs for our course, and we have a library that is good enough with a variety of books available. I am not in a hostel, but my friend stays there. She feels safe living in the hostel. We have a canteen where the food is very tasty, offering many different dishes. There is also a playground where students can play.
Faculty: The teaching quality of our faculty members is good enough, but most of them are older teachers, so we cannot interact with them freely. However, they are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant, and I think it prepares students for the industry. Semester exams are not difficult at all if students have studied well. The pass percentage is 55%, and only a few people fail in subjects.
Other: I chose this course because I am also pursuing CA, so B.Com will be helpful for my studies. This course is best for commerce students and is very easy for those interested in accounts and business economics. Our college provides many events and fests, and the campus crowd is lively. The surroundings are beautiful, and the campus is very clean. They also provide scholarships for students.

Absolutely satisfied because of the college campus, excellent infrastructure, and good placements.
Placements: Almost 50 to 80% of students are placed in B.Com. Average packages range from Rs. 10,000 to 45,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Federal Bank, Wipro, etc. The college placement cell supports students in navigating their careers. The top roles offered are Accountant, Financial Analyst, Digital Marketing Executive, etc.
Infrastructure: The Commerce department provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, projectors, etc. The hostel facilities are clean and well-maintained with comfortable rooms and reliable Wi-Fi facility. The canteen is hygienic and offers a variety of food. The medical facilities and sports facilities, including a gym, are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Their teaching quality is pretty good. They use easy methods for teaching. The course curriculum is often relevant, making students industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult. Teachers provide study materials before the exam. The pass percentage is around 70%.
Other: B.Com provides a wide variety of opportunities. It provides expert knowledge about finance, accounting, and business. It offers a broad understanding of commerce. Improvements can be made by adding more practical experience and focusing more on industry trends. Various cultural and academic events are conducted. The campus has a diverse and vibrant student community. The infrastructure and facilities for students are good. The campus surroundings are very nature-friendly and beautiful. Scholarships are also provided for students. Opportunities for sports, arts, clubs, and other activities are available.

Honest review of MS College Marampally.
Placements: The college does not provide placements as such. However, placement assistance will be provided and details of any vacancies will be shared with you. Our department invited a company based in Cochin and around three students got placed. The role is of business development executive. The college does not provide internship opportunities. It is advised to apply for internships through other platforms. Now, the syllabus has undergone a significant change. Hence, some improvements might occur in terms of placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. You have access to all the basic facilities like clean toilets, computer labs, libraries, etc. The classrooms are also equipped with projectors to facilitate digital learning. Hostel facility is available to girls. Boys coming from far away places might need to stay in PGs nearby which are quite affordable. The college also has a well-equipped gym and you can use it free of cost. The canteen offers meals and biriyani at very affordable rates but it often gets very crowded during break.
Faculty: For me, the best part of my college life is the teachers. Most of the teachers in my department (commerce) have got a doctorate. They are very helpful and kind. There are no barriers between us and our teachers. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. The HOD is also very kind and helpful. To be honest, the curriculum is much outdated during my time. We learn things like MS access and C programming which is not even used by companies now. I think things have changed now as the syllabus has been updated. (from 2024-2025 batch onwards).
Other: I chose this course as I was interested in both commerce and computer. (FYI, I pursued B.Com in computer applications). This course has been discontinued since the inception of the new syllabus. To be frank, some core concepts that I learned and the Tally software that was taught were only some useful things I could recall. Some important and useful skills should be taught to students to make them industry-ready. The college and the union organize a lot of events and programs which are joyous and fun. Apart from this, the departments also conduct fests and events once or twice a year.

I am happy with the campus life but dissatisfied with the placements.
Placements: In my course, half of students are placed according to their academic performance, which means around 50%. I took B.Com in Finance and Taxation, and I took management admission after giving them a donation of Rs.50,000, along with the first semester fees of Rs.22,000. If we talk about the average package, it might be around 4 to 5 LPA. I don’t have any idea about the companies related to our course because I am about to complete my 4th semester. Since I haven’t completed the course yet, I also don’t have any idea about internships.
Infrastructure: Our college campus is very beautiful, like a park or garden. There are many departments based on different courses, and almost all courses are provided in this college. There is no Wi-Fi in my classes. There are computer labs and other labs as well. The library is big and clean, and there are many classrooms. I don’t stay in the hostel since my home is nearby, but some of my friends stay at the hostel, and I think the hostel is fine as no one has complained yet. The food is also okay, and the canteen food is good and tasty. Medical facilities are available when needed.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in many ways. They are qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is pretty good. This course is okay for future studies. To make students ready they must need a master’s degree to get a higher salary. Semester exams are very easy if studied well, and the pass percentage is around 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I am doing CA, so it is a better option for me. The best thing about our course is that we don’t need to study very hard every semester is similiar, it’s easy to study and understand. I think it would be better if we could get a higher salary at the beginning after completing this course. There are a lot of events in our college. The campus crowd is huge, and they provide scholarships too.
