In 2022, Miranda House (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Miranda House admission for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:
- After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.
- Submit Miranda House + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option.
- The University releases three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists.
- Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Miranda House will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification.
- Once Miranda House accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.
Admission to all the courses offered by Miranda House is entrance-based. While Miranda House accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the PG courses will be subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. However, the university still accepts ECA quota admissions. While there is no information on direct admissions, students are advised to reach out to the admission office of Miranda House for any details on direct admissions.
Miranda House cutoff 2025 for CUET PG has been released, wherein the cutoff scores varied between 91 and 200 for admission across multiple courses at the PG level. This cutoff range is for the students belonging to the General AI quota. Please note that the cutoff scores varied for different rounds, courses, specialisations and categories. The 2024 application process of Miranda House for MA admission starts with the registration process of CUET. The first step is to register for the CUET PG by visiting the official website of the exam. Find a step-by-step guide to fill out the CUET 2024 application form in the following section:

No, there is no offline method of application at Miranda House. All the candidates must apply through the centralised entrance exam's official website, i.e., the official websites of CUET UG and CUET PG exam. After the COVID years and after the introduction of CUET UG and CUET PG for admission to Miranda House and other DU-affiliated colleges, the application process has shifted full-time to the online mode. Candidates can register on the official websites of the respective exam, fill out the online application forms, pay the course-wise application fee and appear for the exam to become eligible. For final admission, shortlisted and pass-out students of CUET UG and CUET PG are required to register on the CSAS portal for final admission and seat allocation process.

Up until 2021, UG admission at Miranda House were completely based on the merit scores obtained by the students in Class 12. Till that time, General category students with less 90 had almost nil chances of getting merit-based admission at the college. While the minimum eligibility percentage was very low, final admission was extremely competitive at Miranda House owing to its skyrocketing cutoffs. However, starting 2022, this scene has changed drastically. Final admission now for UG courses has nothing to do with the percentage obtained by students in Class 12. Miranda House, Delhi University does no longer provide the B.P.Ed direction. So, there is no price structure to be had for it.
