Miranda is a great college and provides a great future.
Placements: 20% students of B.A. programme got placed. 21 LPA was the highest salary package offered, and the average salary package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are BCG, KPMG, Barclays, ZS Associate, Accenture, ICICI Bank, Nation with Namo, etc. Roles offered were financial associate, marketing associate, business analyst, Brand associate, Research Analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is average, it works well only in certain places, like near the admin office and in some rooms. But does not work at other places. Also, the canteen food was good previously, but because of its quality, hygiene, and price, it is average now. Library and classrooms are good. I don't live in the hostel so I am not sure about the facilities available there.
Faculty: Teachers of this course are good. They are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The curriculum is not really good, but it offers many other opportunities to students. Semester exams for this course are tough for me. In my case, my SGPA in the 2nd sem decreased from the last sem even after giving my best in exams. Therefore, I think this paper requires interpretation skills and deep knowledge to score good.
Other: I chose this course because I am super interested in ancient text and books like the Mahabharata, Abhijananashakuntalam, etc. The thing I would like to improve is including more ancient text of our history so that we could know and learn better about our glorious history instead of British history.

Miranda provides a good space.
Placements: Placement opportunities for B.A. programme students are available through Miranda House Placement Cell. However the college does not publish a separate placement percentage for B.A. Programme. In 2024, the college recorded 95 students placed overall, with a the highest package of 24 LPA and an average package of 9 LPA. Recruiters included BCG, KPMG, Accenture, Barclays, ZS Associate, ICICI Bank, Nation with NaMo, PwC, etc. Roles included policy associate, analyst, research/analytics, consulting, operations, marketing and management. The college also facilitated 217 internships across various sectors.
Infrastructure: We are provided with all the basic facilities like good classrooms, AC in almost all the classes, library, Wi-fi, etc. I'm not an hosteler. The food served in our canteen is average in taste like good-good. We have medical room in our college in case of an emergency.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The are helpful in nature. Teaching quality is also good. I think if a student studies consistently, then semester exams in the college are not that tough. My subject teachers provide us the necessary reading for the subject.

A beautiful college where you can’t take your eyes Off with good education.
Placements: I am a first year student, and yes this college has got a lot of decent to great placements. Many seniors have suggested it too. Many students got really decent to great placements. Many good companies and even top companies recruit students from our college.
Infrastructure: It is a beautiful college with the best and great view. Hostel is also beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The food served is decent. So, overall, it is good. There is a open gym. We also have a basketball ground, badminton and tennis court. Really, good medical service is provided. A psychologist is available for students.
Faculty: The curriculum is great. I chose this course for UPSC and it perfectly aligns with the syllabus. Teachers are very kind towards students and really great. They are excellent at teaching and explaining concepts. I heard the semester exams are great and teachers are strict. It creates a competitive environment to improve ourselves.
Other: I chose this course as I want to become an IAS and this college has great curriculum for that. Societies and other things are also are great here.

I love the campus life here.
Placements: College is good in terms of placements. The percentage of students placed from our course is between 65 to 87 percent. Our college is more research-oriented. People get placed at World Bank, the United Nation, etc., from our course. Financial advisory, data analyst, and public policy analyst are the top roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Some of the classes have AC, but some are still not air-conditioned. Wi-Fi facility is really good. I really like the library. It has a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the facilities is good. The food served is also okay in the mess. We have 4 different canteens on the campus, each known for its own specialities.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified in their subjects. They are experienced and teach really well. The course subject is relevant, according to me, but other skills are also needed to make the students industry-ready. Semester examinations have moderate difficulty, and I would say the pass percentage is 90 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I like dealing with real-world problems. It also includes mathematics. I wish there were more IT courses also. Our department conducts an Annual Youth Scholar Conference for economics scholars.

Miranda house is a great college.
Placements: Placements facilities for humanities courses are good but placements for B.A. courses are limited. Especially for B.A. programme course, B.A. students opt for Masters or competitive exams. B.A. students go for UPSC exams and other government exams. I've not heard about placements for B.A. courses.
Infrastructure: All classrooms have comfortable benches and tables. Rooms also have ACs and fans. There are 4 canteens on the campus and also a fresh juice counter. The network connection should be improved because in some rooms and halls network works otherwise there's no internet. The quality of food is good and have a wide range of varieties.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. They try to understand our thought process and help us to clear our doubts. They provide some videos and reading to understand the concepts much better. I've not given the semester exams yet. so I don't know about them. Teachers are well qualified.
Other: I chose this course because I was already interested in doing political Science and geography. They are my most liked subjects. The environment here is vibrant and seniors are very helpful. They answer our questions with patience.

It has been a magical experience at Miranda House!
Placements: Miranda House, DU is definitely one of the most potent college when it comes to placements. For almost all the courses, our placement cell work so hard to ensure that core placements are provided. Proper CV building and webinars for the same are conducted by them. So, all in all, from placements perspective Miranda House is as I have mentioned before, is indeed a very promising college.
Infrastructure: The first thing which I fell I love at Miranda House was certainly the infrastructure. I saw the hostels and I told my parents I will stay at college hostels instead of PG. Then I saw the sports facilities and saw floodlights at tennis courts and I felt so happy. I use every single facility provided at the college and can say they are outstanding.
Faculty: Being a Science student, Physics is my most important subject. It was imperative for me to choose this course. The cut-offs were high, but I am glad I got admission here. Coming to the faculty members' part, they have always been supportive and are the backbone of our college.
Other: The college has a nice crowd and beautiful infrastructure. Every month, we have events that make campus life probably the best student experience.
