This is my honest review of my college
Placements: Large ownership and management companies like Wilhemsen ships, v ships, MOL and many more reputed and large companies visit the campus every year at different times to select the students of 3rd and 4th year. A lot of students get selected and are offered high salary packages and training before they join the concerned companies and sail the seats.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good, and a regular hostel inspection is carried out to check whether cadets are living in a proper way and if they have any problems, they are also resolved at the earliest. The mess food is of good quality, and we are given nutritional diets. I have already compared the course from collegeduniya.com, so the fee is not too expensive, and the infrastructure is also great. For an engineering student, I would recommend this college as I have seen the placements in engineering are very good.
Faculty: Our college has some of the best faculty members in Pune compared to other marine colleges. They are very friendly and supportive. All the marine faculties are ex-mariners who have extensive sea experience and training, which helps them teach us and share their onboard experiences. The course structure is designed by the D.G. Shipping of India so that students can learn in a better and more efficient manner. Students are given an opportunity in the research field and are provided full support by the college faculty members. Financial aid is also provided to students who come up with innovative ideas.

My review of college.
Placements: A lot of companies come to our campus from finance, consulting, marketing, operations, etc., domains, and I got into a sales and marketing role during my internship. The experience was great. I got to learn a lot during my short stint as an intern. Placements in our college are very good compared to other B-schools. Every student gets placed in reputed companies, many companies that visit for the placement, like TCS, Mahindra, Naukri.com, Idea, and many banks like ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bandhan Bank, etc. The average package offered is 4 LPA, and the highest is 27 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities of MIT are very good. The room consisted of two beds, one big almirah, a big dressing table, and two separate study tables, and each room had a separate balcony. The room is very spacious. The mess food is also very good. The breakfast is very healthy, and lunch, evening snacks, tea, and dinner are also delicious.
Faculty: The course structure is good. Quarterly exams must be held. Faculty members are very helpful. Faculty members from outside come and teach us, and the teachers who are experienced in their field are very helpful. The college faculty is very experienced and accessible. The faculty has vast knowledge of the respective subjects. Faculty is very accessible at any point in time during the college hours. They help us whenever it is needed, and classes are very interesting because of them. They provide us with current examples of the world related to our subjects, which help us in real-world situations. We have Marks for attendance, assignments, projects, etc. The exam structure is a trimester pattern. The exams are both internal and external. Every year has 2 semester exams and internal exams.

About MBA in finance technology 2024 passout.
Placements: College scored average placement history in the discipline of MBA in finance technology, which was 65 to 70% per year. The highest package offered by the recruiters was 16.7 LPA, and getting this package was basically the most difficult one. Brain & Company, TCS, and BlackRock were few of the top recruiters.
Infrastructure: The management was good enough in providing sophisticated services to the students, based on our payment, the hostel room locations were decided. For developing new projects, separate rooms for research and development were initiated in all the departmental blocks.
Faculty: Faculty members had shown intensive care in the academic area, and they keep on building the syllabus according to the regulations. The whole two-year program included 6 to 7 papers per semester, which were distinct from one another. I had cleared my degree in first class with distinction scores by April, 2024.

My review about this college.
Placements: Placements and job opportunities were good at MIT semester college of Pune. There was a placement cell also. Many companies visited here to recruit students with good skills and knowledge. So overall best placements and job opportunities. Many MNCs came to our college and placed many students. The package provided by them was also high. The companies like Wipro, TCS, Neeyamo, Godrej, Amazon, ICICI Bank, etc. Average package was upto 2 LPA - 3 LPA or 4 LPA, and the highest package was around 25 LPA. There were different grounds for interviews, group discussions, and tests were taken by companies for recruitment.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities were excellent. Hostel rooms were shared, and the relationships we made in hostel were priceless. We were very disciplined, and every rule was followed in a strict manner. They also gave freedom so that students would not feel that they were away from home.
Faculty: Faculty members were great. They had the subject knowledge and were willing to teach, and showed interest in clearing the doubts of the students. Also, they were disciplined. Exams were very frequent. Exams were semester wise and they included internals. Every after 4-5 months, there was the semester end period so the internal exams scheduled first and then the final semester exams this was the structure of exams. We had 1 internal exam of 40 marks which was converted into 10 marks, 10 marks for class performance, attendance, and project work, and the final exam of the remaining 80 marks. Course curriculum was designed by the university of Pune. It was considered one of the difficult compared to other universities. MBA program offered generalised approach and was intended to develop fundamental knowledge in all aspects of the business world. The course focused on international business.

My honest review about my college.
Placements: There were lots of opportunities for jobs and placements in college if performance was good. Around 120 students got placed out of 180 students. Apart from companies that came for internships another 60 companies came for placements, TTL 5 LPA, Sterlite 5 LPA, TCS 4.5 LPA, and Neeyamo 3.5 LPA. Different market research companies also came for placement. They offered a package ranging from 3 LPA to 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostels were good and food was good. Students even live in PG and atmosphere was good and per person rent could be around Rs 4000/-, which was good. It was in line with modern-day requirements. A lot of elective options were there (non-credit based). Website could be referred to for more details.
Faculty: Exam structure was based on University of Pune curriculum. 75% college attendance was mandatory. Course curriculum was good, well I think it's more or less same for most of the management institutes. What matters was how it was taught, we were taught through case study pattern which I think was the best one.

My review of this college.
Placements: Placements in our college were good. All cadets who had cleared their results were allowed to sit for campus placements. Our college provided placement opportunities for every student. Each cadet was given a fair chance to participate in campus placements and do their best to clear them. The good and renowned companies visited the campus to offer placements and internships. Various well-known companies like TCS, Barclays, Accenture, ICICI, Airtel, Deloitte, HDFC, GVR, etc., came for campus placements. The placement packages ranged from 4 to 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities were provided by the college. It had a small canteen that offered a wide variety of food options at moderate prices. Regarding accommodation, students were required to make their own arrangements. Paying guest facilities were available around the locality of the college.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college were very experienced and friendly. They had deep knowledge of their subjects. They were amazing at what they did and very knowledgeable. The senior faculty also had great contacts that helped students. More than anything, they were very understanding and open-minded, and students could talk to them about anything. We had six theory subjects every semester and two practical subjects along with them. The course was divided into four semesters. Mid-semester exams were also conducted, which provided internal marks that were counted along with the end-semester marks. The course curriculum was updated every year, with more emphasis given to aligning it with the latest industry trends. The course covered all the mandatory subjects, along with electives. Students were given the opportunity to learn subjects outside their core branch.
