MIT-WPU MBA Eligibility & Highlights 2025
MIT-WPU MBA is a two-year course offered through the WPU School of Business. The postgraduate course is available in 11 specialisations, including Human Resource Management, Digital Marketing, Finance, Marketing, etc. The university also provides an opportunity to pursue an MBA (Dual-specialisation) course across multiple specialisations, which is taught by the Ramcharan School of Leadership. This course is divided into two groups of specialisations, namely Functional (Core) and domain Specialisations.
The admission process for both the MBA (General) and MBA (Dual-Specialisation) courses is the same. Admission to the MIT-WPU MBA course is entrance-based. Candidates need to appear in either CAT/XAT/NMAT/MAT/GMAT/MAH CET/PERA CET entrance exam and qualify for any one exam with a valid score. The final selection is based on the performance of candidates in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, followed by other selection rounds. Further, aspirants need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria to get admission and qualify for the respective entrance exam with a valid score.

Candidates need to pay an admission fee to confirm enrollment in MIT-WPU courses. The total fee is a cumulative of multiple components that are either one-time chargeable or have to be paid annually/semesterly. MIT-WPU MBA tuition fees range from INR 9.4 lakh to INR 16.3 lakh. As per the official website of MIT WPU Pune, the entrance exam is compulsory for admission to the MBA course. The university accepts multiple national-level entrance exams such as MAT, XAT, CMAT, MAH CET, etc., for admission to the MBA course. CAT is among the different entrance exams that are required for admission. Therefore CAT exam is not compulsory for MBA admission at MIT WPU, since the university accepts other enytrance exam as well. However, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any field which is compulsory for MBA admission.

MIT WPU MBA seats are offered as per the allocation of seats based on merit in the National Entrance Examination/Maharashtra CET/ MIT-WPU CET, etc. The MBA seats are reserved for the SC, ST, DT, etc., and are allocated as per the policy of the Maharashtra State Government.
