MIT School of Architecture (MIT SOA) is an institute under MIT ADT University. It offers courses such as BArch, M.Arch and MPlan at the UG and PG levels. These courses are approved by Council of Architecture, New Delhi and their syllabus is designed as per the guidelines of Council of Architecture. The MIT School of Architecture admission process starts with registering for the courses either in online or offline mode. The university accepts scores of state/ national level entrance exams, followed by other rounds to grant admission. A detailed process around MIT SOA admissions 2024 is as follows:
STEP 1: MIT SOA Application Process 2025
The application process for MIT School of Architecture is conducted in online mode for all its UG & PG courses. Candidates must visit the university's official website to apply for their desired course. Along with that, they also have to pay an application fee and submit the relevant documents such as Class 10 & 12 mark sheets, passport-size photographs, etc.
STEP 2: Selection Rounds
MIT SOA admissions are entirely entrance-based for all courses. The university accepts a valid score of GATE/ PERA CET for MArch and MPlan courses. Whereas for BArch, candidates must qualify for JEE Main Paper 2 or NATA entrance exam. However, the selection for PhD is based on the university's in-house entrance exam or GATE scores. An additional PI round will be conducted to select candidates in PG courses.
STEP 3: Merit List Release & Counselling Process
After the commencement of all the selection rounds, the institute will release the merit list of shortlisted candidates in multiple rounds. Later on, a counselling process will be conducted for the final seat allotment.
STEP 4: Final Admission
Candidates who qualify for the selection rounds have to pay a certain amount of course fee to lock their seat for the particular courses. Additionally, the selected candidates must produce a physical fitness certificate from the registered l Medical officer of the University at the time of admission.
