Candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% marks in case of general category 42% for OBC and 40% of in case of SC & ST to apply for LLB programme. The LLB is a three-year programme with six semesters. Each semester is of six months.
The BBA LLB programme is a five-year integrated course that comprises ten semesters, and lasts for five years. To be eligible for this program, the candidate must have passed the class 12 examination or an equivalent, and have obtained at least 45% of the total marks, in case of general category, and 40% of the total marks, in case of SC & ST applicants. Candidates need to appear for an entrance exam that will evaluate their aptitude and knowledge related to relevant subjects. The course encompasses a wide range of subjects, such as business law, contract law, constitutional law, corporate law, criminal law, intellectual property law, international law, labor law, and taxation law, to name a few. The BBA LLB programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal system and the role of law in the business world.
