Our college is good but can be improved.
Placements: Every student in our college gets placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are AND, Biba, etc. More than 80% of students get internships. Fashion designers, fashion communication, textile design, jewellery design, and fashion management are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good but the check-in timings are a bit early. Facilities are good and can be improved, as sometimes we face issues with food, water, and others.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good, supportive, and qualified, but the first two years can be more productive and particular. Exams are not easy to pass if students don't study. The minimum pass mark is 30.
Other: Fests organised are a bit less, but education is good. Our college needs to improve socially, but everything is good in our college.

This is a nice place to study.
Placements: There is no exact amount of placement but according to your work you will get the placement so basically work hard on your portfolio and present it well and you'll be placed. That's all you have to do for getting a better placement. You'll get enough possibilities.
Infrastructure: They have good machines plus you will never face the lockage of machines
Computers are available mostly. Library have so many books for the one who wants to stay there and read it's a perfect place well organized. Wi-Fi is available always at the campus for each student.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful.
You can really open up to them and have one to one conversation.
They'll guide you through many things. This will make the students industry ready. Semesters are not that difficult if you are focusing on learning and growing.
Other: You'll get enough trips to different places to explore and also You'll get enough opportunities throughout.

The college follows a really good education pattern.
Placements: The college does help during internships and placements if a student asks for it. They do have a placement cell that works for only retail brands. The placement department helps one to analyze the field of interest and lets them reach through the right contact.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really good. The machines are new, and dummies are in the right condition. We have 4 sewing labs, 4 computer labs with all the required software, 4 pattern making labs, 3 tracing tables, 3 exhibition halls, 4 textile labs, and a library. It has everything which a design student needs.
Faculty: Guest faculty members invited by the college were amazing, and they have industrial experience. The frequent seminars conducted are really good. They talk about insights into the fashion world. The college faculty members help a lot, and all the teachers are approachable. The visiting faculty members play a major role.

All in all, a good place for you to start your journey.
Placements: They do not guarantee placements but provide internship of the students choice. Placements are given to rank holders and you have to fend for yourself. They give opportunities which will help you build your resume and during job interviews. They'll guide you.
Infrastructure: Campus is not that huge but they have well-equipped practical labs for sewing and stitching. Also they have huge computer labs for software integrated courses like fashion communication. They recently bought a handloom for the textile design course. They are recently expanding their campus.
Faculty: Faculty is very helping and knowledgeable. The curriculum is well thought of and provides an all round knowledge of your course. They have visits and excursions which are mandatory for students. These visits give you an industry level experience and help you get to know the practical aspects of it.
Other: Fests are not regularly held here. But they do have cultural heads who carry out certain events.

Satisfied with the good work at the college.
Placements: It provides placement to ninety percent students. Many companies come and recruit students. Recently, a website was launched from where we can apply for placement and internship. Many designers come and take students with them and teach them with great knowledge.
Infrastructure: It has many classes along with the hostel. It has four computer labs, four garment construction labs, four pattern-making labs, one exhibition hall, one seminar hall, one library, one photo shoot room, one NSS room sports room and a textile lab. It has a canteen and stationary too.
Faculty: It has many courses like B.Des. in fashion design, textile design, fashion communication and jewellery design. It also has courses like FAD, BFA, PG courses. All the faculty are good with their work and many visiting faculty members come according to the need of the course.
Other: Many events happen, like a visit to national and international places, nearby industries, art fest. The college has their own fest named Inspiro where the college conducts an exhibition.

Amazing because of the infrastructure and guest faculty but disappointed because of placements.
Placements: School of Fashion Technology provides internships, not jobs. Campus placements are not there in School of Fashion Technology.
But in some cases, if there are any opportunities, the college recommends names.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the institution is very nice. Starting from the labs to the classrooms, everything is amazing. The new campus in Narhe is nice. Though the area is not that good, the campus is amazing. There are more than 200 stitching machines available for the girls.
Faculty: They have both core and guest faculties. But the guest faculty members of the institution are better than the core. They are experienced in their field and the information that they provide about the real industries is what we all need. But the theoretical knowledge given by the core facility is also very important.

A good place to start your fashion learning.
Placements: 70% of students got placed. Some chose to search out for themselves. We had a group where Alumni still offered placements. Packages ranged from 4 LPA to 9 LPA. Many students got placed in export houses, ShopperStop, Pantaloons, H&M, FirstCry, and many more. Fashion designer and merchandising roles were offered.
Infrastructure: All the needed facilities were there. The library contained all the informative books, magazines, etc. Big machines were needed for the design course and various materials were available. Seminar halls, an amphitheater, and other such rooms were there for activities.
Faculty: Faculty members were very much qualified. Most of them had submitted their theses and research papers. The way faculty members taught us made passing not difficult at all. Daily and weekly assignments were given to test and sharpen our skills. All our doubts were solved with ease. Faculty members taught really well.
Other: Many events took place where students took care of the events, showcasing their designing skills.

Our college provides good opportunities, and it has good faculty members.
Placements: This college gives good placements. Students got placements at famous designers like Nivedita Saboo and brands like Peppermint. Around 20 students were placed, while the others got internships.
Infrastructure: The food is good. The college has a huge amphitheater and a good library. The library has many recent books about designers and collections. Classrooms are well-lit and big enough. I am a day scholar.
Faculty: Teachers are honest. They do bring out the best in you and push you to give your best. They are great. The first year is all about the basics of design. The 2nd semester includes a lot of assignments, which I am enjoying but still find a little tough.
Other: Our college conducts a lot of events like Green Fashion Week, where we showcase clothes made of sustainable materials.
