Just satisfied with my college.
Placements: Motilal Nehru College did not have a placement cell earlier. So the placements are from students' own efforts from different platforms. From batch 2025 the placement cell has been provided and they actually have really good internship opportunities for students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my course is great. It's just some rooms are small. There is Wi-Fi connectivity and the library also has great sources for preparation for my course. Motilal College doesn't have its own hostel. Medical facilities are okay there as recently I witnessed that the medical room closes before 6:00 PM but classes continue till 7:30 PM. Sports facilities are also 4/5. There is availability of sports grounds, basketball court, football ground, badminton ground, and volleyball ground. Water coolers also provide clean drinking water.
Faculty: Teachers for my course are highly qualified and they really excel in teaching. Besides book knowledge they provide us with real-life examples too. The course is relevant and makes students industry-ready I think because the combination of economics and Maths is highly great combination where one gets an understanding and economic overview whereas the other provides a calculation strategy. Semester exams difficultly level is moderate. Mostly questions are from the PyQ exam pattern. The passing rate for macroeconomics is more than basic statistics for economics. Maths is bit difficult so maybe it also lies on the same ground as statistics.
Other: The campus experience is great. The best thing I like about my course is friends from the same course I made and the help of economics and Maths in any other government exam preparation. The things I wish would be better about my course should be making it equally relevant as Honours degrees. Fests are also crazy this year. The campus crowd is great not too bad not too good. There is high connectivity as a metro station and bus facilities are available. The pink booth is near the college.

Motilal Nehru College is the best.
Placements: We have no idea about this. Motilal Nehru College does not have a formal placement process for B.A. programme students. Most students pursue higher education or competitive government examinations after graduation. It is the best campus that I have ever seen.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facilities and the libraries are well-maintained, and the canteen is also good and healthy. We have enough equipment for sports too. You should visit the Motilal Nehru College it's better than every college in the South campus.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and very helpful so they teach quality knowledge to each student in their class. Semester exams are mid not too hard not too easy. It's all based on the previous year's question. The course of my B.A. programme in Sanskrit plus History.
Other: One of the best experiences of this college is during the events, fests, and meetups while the societies are preparing for the fests and the events.

Fully satisfied. College is great.
Placements: If you are expecting placement, DU is not your place. Here there is good exposure and networking, but not guaranteed placements. It is only possible when you put in a lot of hard work. As my college provides various courses, many roles are offered here. Many students do get very good placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not so good as it is a government college. Still, it is good as we have Wi-Fi, various labs, AC, and a library. Motilal does not provide hostel facilities; almost all DU colleges do not. Students have to live in PG or flats, but everything is nearby.
Faculty: Our faculty is really good. All professors are very knowledgeable and qualified. I have B.Com (Hons), and my faculty is personally very helpful and interactive. Exams are also held regularly. The pass percentage is good if you maintain 67% attendance.
Other: I chose B.Com (Hons) because I belong to a commerce background. It is one of the best courses a student can pursue after 12th. Events in our college are also nice as expected, the campus area is top-notch, and all societies are very active.

You can take admission if you belong to a middle-class family.
Placements: No placement cell exists in the college. No companies visit the campus. I haven't seen anybody getting placement support. The course isn't sufficient for making you placement-ready. It needs extra time, and the strict attendance criteria don't make you do that.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good. But the classrooms are small and congested. Not all have air conditioning. Some classrooms are good, but some are so small. There is no hostel facility on the campus, and not much even near the campus.
Faculty: If we talk about the faculty of my course, some teachers are good, qualified, helpful and supportive, while some are rude and not good at all. Course curriculum isn't that relevant, you need extra time investment to make yourself industry-ready. You need to self-study.
Other: The worst thing about Delhi University is the crowd. The campus crowd is so unmannered and has zero civic sense.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of bad placements and fewer opportunities.
Placements: Approximately 5 percent of students got placed from B.Com. The highest package is 7 LPA, the average package is 4.25 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA in companies like IHG, Aon Consulting, and UniAdvise. Approximately 10 percent of the students got internships from the course in companies like Raaahee India, Techmojito, TYCHR, and Woxen Digital.
Infrastructure: The campus of the college is decent and developing because the auditorium is under construction. Wi-Fi is available with not a great speed. Classrooms are also decent as many of them are air-conditioned. Computer labs are good as there are four labs with the latest computers. The canteen is also good with tasty food and lower prices. No hostel facility is available in the college.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and helpful with a deep knowledge in their respective fields and their teaching skills are also decent. The course curriculum is only based on theoretical knowledge not practical and additional subjects are not that helpful. The semester exams are easy as the topics are from past year papers and questions are based on the same patterns.
Other: I wanted to pursue a career in finance so I chose this course and I want new opportunities so I joined this college. The best thing for B.Com is that there are various options to choose from you can become a Chartered Accountant (CA), or you can move to the management sector, etc. Removal of additional subjects is my wish as it leads us to focus more on the core domain. Phoenix the annual fest is also good as on the second day, a Bollywood singer came and performed their hits. In Phoenix '26, Alfaaz performed on the second day. The crowd is average and connectivity is also good and different departments offer different extracurricular activities. Scholarship is available in the college.

One of the best colleges in the South Campus of Delhi University.
Placements: Placement facilities are decent. If you are looking for an experienced job or as a fresher, then the Placement Cell brings decent companies with an average package of 3-5 LPA. It's a very good package for freshers, and we need to give our 100% in developing skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good, one of the best in the South Campus of Delhi University. Wi-Fi facilities are provided all over the college campus, and classrooms are just outstanding; many classrooms have ACs. The auditorium is currently under construction. There are more than enough high-quality computer labs (with the latest technology) for the Computer Science and Mathematics departments. Canteen food at Motilal is available at a very low price and is the best quality food in the whole South Campus.
Faculty: Professors are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and very cooperative. They will help you with anything you ask related to your department. The courses provided are good enough to make you industry-ready if you too give it your fullest. The best thing is the Fourth Year introduction, which will give you the opportunity to do research and projects so you can relate more to real-world industry-based projects.
