It is an absolutely great college that gives opportunities if you are willing to work.
Placements: In NMIMS, placements in the Shirpur campus and Mumbai campus happen on the Mumbai campus. So, during the placement season, students travel to Mumbai. You will get many opportunities, but still, many students are not getting placed because they are not focusing on skills. I am in my 2nd year, and I know how many students in my branch are going to get placed. About 40% of them will get placed. As of 2023, the highest package is 19 LPA, the lowest is 6 LPA, and the average is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are ICICI Lombard and Oracle. About 20% of students get internships. SDE Trainees are top roles
Infrastructure: 100% worth spending on hostels. Hotels have everything and the best infrastructure, just like all NMIMS. The Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library. Just visit the campus, and you will confirm your admission that day. The mess food is good, but there is no non-veg, only eggs. We have an Aditi canteen, and a medical facility is available in every hostel. For sports, we have a swimming pool, lawn tennis, cricket, and football grounds, and gym trainers are also provided.
Faculty: Teachers are really good and hardworking, though not all of them. Some of them will make you feel like you are back in school. The course curriculum is not up-to-date, but who learns from college everybody. Most students learn from YouTube and Coursera. Students are industry-ready, and proper training is provided from the 3rd year. You will need to study to clear exams, with a minimum of 40 marks required. If your basics are good, it’s not a big deal, but if they're not, you will have a hard time. Three backlogs per year, and you will be returning home. You will get a chance for a re-exam.
Other: This college is near my hometown. The placement is good, and the crowd is good. Though, from the last two years, day scholars have in good numbers still, the majority of the crowd is from Gujarat, Mumbai, and big cities all over the country. You will enjoy your time. I think I will improve and focus more on placement training from the 1st year. The campus is great, and the girls are beautiful. Glamour is there come on, man, you are in NMIMS.

College is best for education and placements.
Placements: Our students have a 19.7 LPA package. In the computer engineering course we have a 50 person team that always prepares students for interviews as per company policy. We also have a placement training course in the 3rd year which prepares students for upcoming interviews.
Infrastructure: We have the best canteen with good food quality. The campus has full Wi-Fi and the best college infrastructure, including fully air-conditioned classrooms. The entire campus has a natural view of the river and enjoys pure air, which maintains a positive atmosphere with full security.
Faculty: All faculty members are Ph.D. holders with great experience and provide the latest knowledge as per market requirements. The staff is supportive of students, encouraging them to study more attentively, which improves their interview and placement prospects.
Other: All courses here are excellent, and the events organized are awesome. We have technical events, DJ nights, garba nights and traditional events.

This college is absolutely recommended, but if you have a better option, then don't choose this.
Placements: The placement statistics of this college are not too good . Many of the students got placed from this college, and the average packages here are 7-8 lakhs . Very few students got placed very well from this college . Many of the students are still seeking jobs and opted for higher studies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good . Wi-Fi is available all day . Classrooms , labs, and the library are very nice. The mess food quality is very bad; they provide it, but the food is very bad, as sometimes we have to skip mess food.
Faculty: The teachers here are not too qualified, but they teach more than enough that is needed by us . The course curriculum is too relevant to the industry. The semester exams are not too difficult; one can easily pass them just by studying one day before the exam.
Other: I chose this college as this college is very near to my hometown . The college should improve its placement process . Events and fests happen very frequently here.

Our college has a great campus with a green environment.
Placements: The top companies that came to our college are Mu Sigma, Wipro, and Deutsche Bank. Almost all of the students are placed. The highest salary package is 14 LPA, and the average salary package is 7 LPA. Some students are also enrolled in the Integrated MBA Course, which offers a high salary package of 19 LPA and the lowest salary package of 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has good facilities like full-time Wi-Fi service with no limits, digital classrooms, and a full-fledged library. I am a day school student, so I don't want to comment on hostel facilities. But from the friends' review, the hostel is good, has Wi-Fi service, and a good canteen with a study room.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are the best and very helpful. They help us with curriculum problems, and they also help us with our personal problems. Our college provides good mentors who will help us with our doubts regarding admission for higher course projects and general problems.
Other: I chose this course because it has scope for high salary packages. Our college has many fests like ambiora, baha, and many more.

Our college has an awesome hostel with good educational facilities.
Placements: NMIMS brings good companies like ZS, Quantiphi, TCS, Infosys, etc. There are 100% placements for computer engineer students. The minimum CGPA required is 3.2 and there are criteria for board percentage too. Candidates need to give aptitude tests as well as technical rounds.
Infrastructure: The campus is isolated from our college. The hostel is inside the MPTP park. There are different hostels for boys and girls. There is a separate hostel for 1st-year students to avoid ragging. There are Wi-Fi facilities on the entire campus including the hostel. There is a library where students can study.
Faculty: All faculty members in our college are good enough and mostly all faculty either have a Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. As NMIMS is deemed to be university, courses and subjects are modified or updated frequently. There are 2 mid semesters conducted each semester and at the end of the semester, term end exams are held.

Review of our college life and experience.
Placements: In this college, we have to choose between a recommendation letter for a master's degree or can sit in job interviews. So a good number of students were placed in a lot of companies and this year, the highest salary package crossed 20 LPA which I think is pretty good.
Infrastructure: The mess is genuinely good compared to a lot of colleges in India where a completely balanced diet is maintained daily. I mean considering a perfectindian diet like tandoori roti or roti, 2 sabzis, dal, rice, some sweet, achaar, salad, etc. Many times, we get noodles, fried rice, etc., for dinner. The hostel facility is top-notch since we have unbelievably big rooms for 4 people and also good Wi-Fi connectivity. You can atleast download movies in your rooms using the internet. We can connect WLAN cables in the academic building and get 150-300 Mbps so that is some next level on campus. Its a beautiful circular campus from which the tapti river flows tangentially visible from the library and the cricket ground. This place is very green and well maintained. We have 2 badminton courts, 1 volleyball court, 1 big cricket ground with pitch swimming pool, gym, a big theatre where we can actually watch movies released in the theatre for free, etc. We do get pretty much everything in the general store. The doctors are always available. There is a medical shop for utilities. There is also a general store in the academic building and also there is a saloon in the hostel. If you are joining this college please make sure you have a JIO sim card cause that is the only network that works fine enough.
Faculty: I am a first-year student. So, for now, we have general engineering subjects that we get in the 1st year which are not so corely related to your course but you do have special subjects if you are from computer course. It is well designed course where we actually see things relating like the topics learned in Maths are getting used in Physics simultaneously which is really cool. Maximum teachers teaching you are Ph.D. holders. They are well trained and experienced teachers. The semester exams are a bit tough for people who barely start studying 5 days before exams but it's easy, not difficult.
Other: I am passionate about computers since childhood and so I chose computer science. The faculty members are quite friendly and very experienced. They guide you about the branches or sub-branches of the field and can recommend resources to do you self studies regarding new languages, etc. The library is the best area in the whole campus where anyone can go study access any books easily.

Review of NMIMS Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering, Shirpur.
Placements: Placements in our college are offered only for CS, IT and EXTC departments. Other departments suffer a lot. But the placements offered are good. Many students are more than satisfied with their jobs. The average salary package offered is of 7 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is of 30 LPA. The college offers some international placements. Many students are also studying in foreign universities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is amazing. The campus is clean and green and is very well maintained. There is always some maintenance work going on. The food served in the hostels is good, but non-vegetarian food is not allowed. The library of the campus is the most beautiful thing on campus. All sports facilities are available along with swimming pools for both boys and girls.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are knowledgeable. The compulsory 80% attendance criteria promote rules over education. Students attend classes only to get attendance and teachers treat them in the same way. Good faculty members are less on Shirpur campus. Many faculty members have resigned since the working environment is harsh. Rules are very strict for both faculty members and students. The college management focuses more on enforcing these rules over education.
Other: I opted for the course because I had no other option. The best thing about the course is that I'm studying for two degrees, i.e., B.Tech and MBA Tech. The college faculty members should be better, and even the rules and regulations should be lenient. The college crowd is fine. Fests and events are not good. Connectivity to the college is very poor, and fees are very high. Rules are unnecessary on the campus. I will recommend NMIMS at all times but not the Shirpur campus. Life in Shirpur is like living under a dictatorship.

Very good college with great learning opportunities.
Placements: Almost 90 % students were placed. The placement cell is very efficient and useful. Very good companies like E and Y, Accenture, IBM, Infosys, Informatica, etc., came to hire students. Good technical roles were offered to students (mostly the role of ASE). Placement cell used to conduct mock interviews and GDs to groom the students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the campus is very nice. There are many facilities like library, general store, computer care, ATM machine, cafe, dispensary, parlor etc. In the campus only. Hostels are also very good and has all basic amenities like Wi-Fi, huge cupboard, study table, swimming pool, gym etc.
Faculty: Faculty members are well educated and they have very good command on their subject. There are different faculty members for different subjects according to their expertise in the very field. All the faculty members are graduates from great universities and many have done their Ph.D. too.
