Nmims is good for brand name and services but one needs to work out of the box to succeed.

Placements: Placements are amazing as most of the students get placed with an average package of 6-7 LPA. Also, NMIMS being a big brand name in the MBA market helps B.Tech students get places in big shot companies with a fairly good package. PwC, ICICI, barclays, Accenture etc. offer students great packages.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of nmims shirpur is clearly the best in Maharashtra. It has Air-conditioned classrooms & labs. The state of art library is full of resources. Basketball court, cricket/football field, tennis courts and gym facilities are available in campus.

Faculty: Being a management centric university nmims is fairly good for B.Tech too. They don't hire faculty members below M.tech/PhD specialisation. Course is updated as per industry requirements so that students are ready for the respective industry. Approximately 35-40 students in MBA tech and 40-50 in B.Tech courses. The University promises at least one industrial visit in each semester.

Other: 3 big events 1) Protsahan - Cultural festival - Most happening time of the year. Lights up the whole campus with dance, music competition, nukkad natak and many more such events. 2) Ambiora - Technical fest. 3) Flavium - Sports - Football, basketball, volleyball, tennis competitions etc. Other things like Tedx, MUNs, Aiesec events take place throughout the year. Connectivity is poor as Shirpur is a semi rural area connected to Indore, Mumbai and Nashik via road.

Other: One of the best college for Engineering. College has trimester system so you have no time to relax. After exams student have to reside at campus only. Staff will give you complete attention. Competition will make you word harder and harder. College staff will do everything to make you a perfect Engineer.

I am satisfied with the faculty members' teaching process and good placements for students.

Placements: Placements here are not an issue because every student gets placed in some firms. According to the placement scenario for MBA students, after the completion of B.Tech, we get transferred from Shirpur campus to Mumbai to pursue MBA programme.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Shirpur campus is best and one of the rarest of engineering colleges. Rooms and food are the main issues, but both are at their best. The environment which is surrounding campus is good, and the campus is lush green.

Faculty: Faculty members here are good, and their teaching skills are also good. Way of communication between the student and faculty is good. The process followed by our college for the whole curriculum is in a good way, so students don't face any difficulty in passing exams.
