B.Tech in Electronics and Computer Science Engineering - Batch of 2026

The college will help you 100% to get placements if you are committed enough.
Placements: Right now, software engineering roles are offered. Companies like TCS, UBS, Accenture, and many others come for recruitment. I'm not sure about internships, but for placements, the college is quite sufficient. The highest package this year (2025-26) has been 12.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are average; they are not very good, and the labs need more maintenance. Wi-Fi is available but not consistent in classrooms, and network jammers are turned on, which reduces mobile data connectivity. This is a drawback because Wi-Fi doesn't properly reach the classrooms.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable enough to teach the basics of each subject. Some teachers are highly proficient in their domain and help students a lot. The college is now autonomous, so the exams, tests, and extracurricular activities are very good. The pass percentage in each subject is 40%.

The college is well-known; placements are decent, and the infrastructure and canteen are average.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed. The highest CTC was around 18 LPA for batch 24, with an average and median of approximately 6-7 LPA, as per the college brochure. Companies recruiting include Dolat Capital, Accenture, and TCS, with mostly mass recruitment. Roles offered were SDE, GET, BDA, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is overall average; food quality is below average, with almost nothing available for vegetarians. It can be disappointing for outstation students. Sports facilities are decent, but there are no hostels on campus. Labs have Wi-Fi facilities; only labs are air-conditioned and well-maintained. Classrooms have smart boards.
Faculty: For our batch, the curriculum was provided by UoM. For AY 24-25, the curriculum is designed by the college since it has become autonomous, so the curriculum is now better. Faculty members are permanent, not changing, and most of them hold doctorates or are pursuing them; they are helpful.
Other: I'm pursuing Electronics and Computer Science. Regarding extracurricular activities, there are many clubs and societies, providing exposure. It can be termed a location advantage since the college is in Mumbai.

The college is pretty good. You won't regret getting admission here. The ambiance is nice.
Placements: Almost 80-85% of students in our college get placement and others opt for higher studies. The average package is around 4 LPA and the highest package goes up to 16.80 LPA. Major recruiting companies are TCS, atos, federal bank, Weatherford, etc. Many student gers internships ranging from Rs 10,000 to 65,000 per month. In the course which I am studying which is electronics and computer science, students get to learn a mixture of both electronics as well as computers. This course also helps you to create on the rip in electronics subjects.
Infrastructure: We have big good classrooms, West winds blow due to which even fan Is not needed in class. Our college has all the good equipment in the labs. Labs are all air-conditioned. But our college doesn't have a hostel facility, there is one small hostel but it is only for Jammu and Kashmir students. Our college has a very good canteen. The food quality of the canteen is pretty good, they also provide with rice plate of 50 in which your tummy gets full. This is the best place for hostility for lunch. Our college also has one basketball ground and an ample parking space.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful here, they highly qualified with some professors who completed their Ph.D.'s from prestigious colleges like IIT Bombay. The course curriculum is very up-to-date it satisfies industry needs. Semester exams are pretty good, the one who has studied can easily pass and score good grades.
Other: I chose this course because it provides a mixture of both electronics and computers. As I am in the first year now, it's pretty good till now. There are a lot of college events that take place, and all students participate in some of the other programs, and it's very happening. There are also many scholarships for which the college help to apply and put notices. But extracurricular activities are not much entertained in this college.

Education, placements and clubs are good, but I don't like South Bombay culture.
Placements: Placements are an advantage in our college, and it totally depends on the skills of students. Our seniors easily got a salary package of more than 6 LPA in companies like Quantiphi, etc. I am in my 2nd year. Companies like JP Morgan, etc., provide internships with a stipend worth of Rs. 50,000 in our college, and few students got selected.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite average here. Our college is under Agnel Technical Education Complex, so there is no proper playground. Wi-Fi and lab facilities are pretty good. The best part is the Sealink view from the college's main building and the Bandstand view at the entry. Overall, it's situated in great vicinity.
Faculty: Faculty members here are really good, and you must be sincere enough. But the most important thing is you have to build your skills for placements. Faculty members will teach you according to the MU syllabus, but if you have 9 points also in your course, it doesn't help you to get placements. So, any Mumbai University's college will not make you industry-ready, and it all depends on you. However, a lot of companies visit this college.
Other: A lot of students here belong to Vasai Virar. It's a Christian college, so if you are from other backgrounds, it will take time to mingle with the culture and make new friends. There is also South Bombay culture, which I don't like because those students show off a lot. So if you have a lot of money, then you can have a lot of friends and club parties in Bandra clubs.

Infrastructure is well maintained and the faculty is very supportive.
Placements: During my time, almost all the people were placed in campus recruitment rough estimate would be 97% people. The highest package was offered by BNP Paribas 5 lakh per annum & Lowest would be ATOS 3 Lacs per annum. For electronics Godrej & Bajaj came. 40-50% of people got into the internship and few of them did mini project & BE final project with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC).
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well maintained, Each floor equipped with JIO fibre Wi-Fi having speed up to 100Mbps. Classrooms are cleaned and the view from classroom windows is beautiful (sea face & Bandra Worli sea link is also visible from classroom), During winter cool breeze flows into the classroom. The wind is so heavy that students have to close the window. Canteen food is average most people bring their own tiffin box. The library is also equipped with many old as well as new books. Every book has several copies.
Faculty: Teachers are good and knowledgeable enough to guide the students through their curriculum. Every department HODs are really good (especially the Electronics & Production department). Team Robocon, Abadha team, E-cell & many more I don't remember the name they participate in the international competition every year and college teachers & HOD support them as well.
Other: I am an electronics tinkerer, Electronics was and still is my passion and college really help me to develop great electronics skills. College have really some mix crowed people who are inclined towards technical they become part of technical team or part of tech fest people who enjoy to showcase their soft skills or intellectual skills they become part of Student council. Overall people seems to enjoy during their college time and while having fun they learn as well.

I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: The average salary package offered through placements is 4 LPA, the highest salary package offered is 24 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The rate of placements at our college is 86%. Placements in our college have improved to a great extent. In 2015, the highest salary package offered was 15.4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has a good campus, classrooms, labs, library and canteen. In labs, students are provided with laptops, PCs and printers. A new canteen has been made in the college recently. Labs are air-conditioned and clean, and classrooms are also huge enough.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are experienced and good. CRCE implies a different method of teaching wherein teachers take tutorials in every 2 days to ensure that students are done with whatever is taught in the lectures. These are not tests, but it helps teachers to know how much students are understanding in lectures. Based on these tutorials, teachers focus on academically weak students.
Other: I have chosen electronics and computer science because it is a new course that many colleges don't have. This course comprises of 80% of computer engineering and 20% of electronics. So this course provides students to learn more about 2 streams. This course also helps students to have good knowledge of ML, IoT, AI, etc.

My college life was really good, and I enjoyed a lot. Exposure wise also the college is good
Placements: Placements were pretty good in our college. Almost 80-90% of the batch got placed. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Ceasefire, BNP, Morgan Stanley, Capgemini, etc., visited the campus for placements. The highest salary package offered was approximately 12 LPA. Many students from the previous batch also got placed.
Infrastructure: In infrastructure wise the college was at par. Classrooms and the library were quite spacious and highly accessible. Wi-Fi facility and labs were also very good with appropriate equipment's. I didn't face any issue regarding infrastructure. Labs were good with the equipment's, which were also in good condition.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff members were pretty well qualified and approachable. Teaching methods used by them were also very simple and easy to understand. The quality of teaching was also very good and satisfactory. Teachers were always approachable whenever we need them.
Other: The college organises a cultural event called Euphoria, where there will be a very enthusiastic crowd. It also organises a technical event called Crescendo, which was entertaining and knowledgeable. The sports event called Athlos was also organised, which was up to the mark.

The college has good placements and good infrastructure.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Almost 80% of students got placed from the batch 2016. Companies like TCS, Accenture, ZS Solutions, JPMorgan, and L&T visited our campus for placements. College gives pre-placement training to all students. Training provided by the college is very useful for students during placements.
Infrastructure: College provides advanced labs and a good library. Our college is sprawled over seven floors, and each floor has different departments. Location of college is very good as it is near the bandstand. Students can see a good view of the sea link from the college. Canteen is not good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. They have good knowledge in their respective subject. Most of them are highly educated. They are friendly, and most of them are helpful. For electronics branch, they didn't provide any industry exposure. The student to faculty ratio is 10:1 in our department.
