MPSTME NMIMS does not reserve any seats for ST/SC students in its MBA programs. NMIMS is a private deemed-to-be-university. Its admission process for MBA Tech programs is not governed by the standard reservation policy that is followed in government universities.

Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering offers admission on the basis of both, merit and entrance scores. The eligibility criteria varies for each course. However, the admission to all courses is based on the merit acquired in the qualifying exam, along with entrance scores. Candidates who wish to apply to MPSTME, NMIMS Shirpur, must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria.

Candidates have to register for NCET exam to get admission in BTech programs of MPSTME, Shirpur. The registration fee of INR 2000 for NCET is non-refundable and non-transferable. So it will not be refunded to you even if you do not appear for the NCET exam.

Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering Shirpur is a constituent of the NMIMS (Deemed to be University), Shirpur. NMIMS is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) as well as the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Meanwhile, MPSTME is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

NMIMS CET is the standard entrance test for MBA Tech admission in MPSTME, Mumbai. NMIMS CET 2026 exam dates have been released. Phase 1 is being held until March 31, 2026. NMIMS CET Phase 2  will be held from April 1 to June 1, 2026.
