Life of an MBBS student at NMCH Patna.
Placements: In this course, no placements occur. Students do a one-year compulsory internship along with the course, for which they are paid Rs. 27,000 per month. After completing the internship, they have to give the NEET PG exam for admission to postgraduate courses for specialization in fields like surgery, medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology.
Infrastructure: There is a separate department for every subject. Wi-Fi is available in the library and hostel but not in classrooms. There are two hostels, NBH and NNBH. NBH is old and less maintained, while NNBH is more advanced. There is a separate mess for boys and girls. In the boys’ hostel, there are three messes, and the diet costs 40 per plate.
Faculty: Teachers and professors are very helpful and knowledgeable, as many are well-qualified doctors. The course curriculum is relevant, with 3 subjects each year and 9 subjects in the final year. Semester examinations are easier than university exams. If you follow the trend of previous year papers, you can easily pass.
Other: There is no need to say, but in our society, MBBS gives both respect and adequate money. I think the examination program needs review because MBBS students start studying only to pass the exams and forget that they have to treat patients.

It is the best government college.
Placements: All students got placed in government hospitals. Top roles offered are assistant and professor. Students got paid internships.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are highly furnished and equipped with all the amenities and services such as projectors, speakers, and air conditioners. All labs are fully equipped with all the medical instruments and animal specimens. We have a cricket ground where we can play in the evening.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They are doctorates. Our professors are highly qualified in their respective fields. Semester exams are difficult. Students can pass exams if they study for a whole year.
Other: I chose this course because it helps us in our future job-oriented approach. This course helps us to get government jobs.

Academics are good. There is adequate clinical exposure.
Placements: My batch strength comprises 100 students. My course is MBBS. In the first year, three subjects are taught; in the second year, four subjects; in the third year, three subjects; and in the final year, four major subjects and the rest minor subjects are taught. The total duration of the course is 4.5 years.
Infrastructure: In our lecture theatres, air conditioners are available. Professors teach us mostly via projector. A 24-hour Wi-Fi facility is available. There are well-equipped labs in various departments like physiology, biochemistry, histology, pathology, microbiology, and FMT. One canteen is present. There are three mess halls in the girls' hostel and three in the boys' hostel.
Faculty: Here, the teachers are knowledgeable and well qualified. The course curriculum consists of theory classes, practical labs, and ward duties. Students are taught very well, and focus is given to building their careers. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty. One can surely pass if he has been consistent in his studies. The pass percentage of university exams is 90–95%.
Other: A lot of events and fests are celebrated in college. Every year, college foundation day, sports week, cricket tournament, dandiya night, holi party, and iftaar party are held. Scholarship facilities are available for needy students. The campus is comparatively smaller. The hospital is located outside the campus.

I'm satisfied with good faculty members and environment.
Placements: Placements are not required in this course. MBBS is an independent course that treats other people. Companies don't visit our college to recruit students. Students have to do internships in their final year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not good. Wi-Fi is provided in our college. Classrooms don't have mics. Library is not available for 1st-year students. Food served in the hostel is good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are difficult to pass. The pass percentage is 60-65%.
Other: I chose this course as it is a respectful course in society through which we can serve the people by making money. This course gives the doctor prefix which is the best thing. College foundation day is organised by 3rd-year students and is celebrated every year on 2nd April.

It is a good college for MBBS.
Placements: Almost 95% of students got placed in our college. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Our college provides courses like MBBS, GNM, nursing, and paramedical. Many students pass NEET and INI CET from this college. NEET UG exam is required for admission to this college. Almost 95% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities like hostels, classrooms, labs, a library, etc. The food served in the mess is good. Labs are fully equipped with all basic equipment, machines, and medicines. Many tournaments and fests are held in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They have great knowledge of their respective subjects. The courses are fully organised under the control of the national medical council. MBBS is a professional course, so it makes students ready for the hospital. Semester exams are a bit difficult.
Other: I opted for this course to become a good doctor. The best thing about this course is it includes many patients and cases that we need to face every day.

They won't provide a hostel for the first-year students. The food served in the hostel is available. Our college has a canteen.
