This college is nearby to our house and it is a very good college.
Placements: Around 20% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary offered in our course is Rs 5000, and the lowest salary offered in our course is Rs 2000. There are many recruiting companies for our course. Many students get internships from our course, and from many chemical companies. The top roles offered in our course are physical, chemistry organic, chemistry, and inorganic chemistry.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college plays a vital role in the development of the college, as the students are now focusing on the laboratories, classrooms, etc., while selecting a college. The software should support the academic work of the students along with bringing out their extracurricular activities. The quality is good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach students very carefully and responsibly. All the teachers take care of students, and they are always ready to help. It makes the student industry-ready. This course is curriculum relevant, and the semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 50%.

I am satisfied with teachers and curriculum of this college. The atmosphere is good for learning.
Placements: Around 1200 to 1400 students have been admitted to this college. It has 30 students, and around 2.4% of the total students are placed. The highest salary package offered ranges from 6 LPA - 7 LPA. The average package ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA, and the lowest salary offered varies from 2 LPA - 3 LPA. The course chemistry honors give students a lot of job options. It offers students to do jobs in the quality controls department in any industrial company. The chemical executive of any company, and many others like food, essential product companies also recruit chemistry honors students. More than 60% of students get placements after completing their courses. The remaining 40% of students choose further study in the chemistry field in M.Sc. and Ph.D. is well. The recent success of our college is Air 1 rank in M.Sc. entrance exam called JAM. Our course offers a great ability of self-development of a student. It as long helps students to grow our worldwide knowledge of chemistry and besides this, it also helps students to do projects in seminar presentations. It helps to build the self-ability of the teaching process.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi connection for the students. The laboratories are very big in size more than needed. It has sufficient equipment for every course. The classrooms are very large as it can assume 60-70 students. The library in our college is very much furnished. It has a large number of books for all subjects. The library has a good sitting place also. There are no hostel facilities in our college. Although the students from the far end of the town can also stay as paying guests around the college. The canteen is very hygienic. They provide a lot of different food to students. The prices and qualities are very perfect for all the students. The medical facilities are sufficient as required. There is no playground inside the college. But annual sports are organised outside the college on university ground.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful as they interact with students to solve their faults and mistakes. They guide students through the whole year. They mentor students every single day, where they face problems, and they solve them easily. Our teachers are very qualified as most of them have Ph.D. degrees in their subjects. The course curriculum is relevant for any student. Our course offers almost 18 types of career opportunities in various fields. Medical technology and the chemical industry are well. The value of chemical engineering is also known as the best in the business as a student can do after his graduation. The semester exams are more than the average level of difficulties. As the 1st semester is lesser difficult than the 2nd semester. The passing percentage is 100% of our department.
Other: I opted for this course, because of its versatility. It offers a good range of job opportunities, and as well as a good knowledge developing course. Our course is very much satisfying, as I have a passion for it since class 9 or 10. The students have all the benefits during their course. The teachers and the management also help students and are very helpful. But the syllabus distribution is needed to be similar for each of the semesters. As the 1st, 2nd, 3rd-semester syllabus is much shorter compared to the 4th, 5th, 6th semesters. Our college offers many yearly events, where the students connect with each other. The scholarships programs are also good.

Really great infrastructure and facilities but lacking a play ground in college campus.
Placements: Almost 1300 students (average) take admission at Narasinha Dutt college per annum. Chemistry department has near about 30 students in a semester batch which is 2.3% of the students who take admission yearly.
The highest package of students is to say that 40 students seat is reserved by the college for chemistry department.
There are several companies which recruits young students to fulfill their dream at their arena like Indian Chemicals, Travanchore Fertilizer and Chemicals limited (Kochi), Pyrites phosphates and Chemicals limited (Noida), ONGC, Bhaba Atomic Research Center.
Usually the students completes their bachelor degree from here, many students have excelled in their course here and later they have gone to another institution for further studies. Relevantly, it must be said that Narasinha Dutt College's student from chemistry department, secured AIR 1 in JAM IIT entrance for M.Sc. 2019.
So many top roles from many departments are there like NSS programme, cultural programme in-charge.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in Narsinha Dutt college for students. Though the labs, classrooms, and library are very high rated and well furnished. Every kind of books for all subjects is available in college library. Labs have enough equipment more than needed. Classrooms are above average types and big in size.
There is no hostel in college but students can manage hiring pen-guests nearby the college. And the canteen offers good quality food. The college has first aid medical faculty members. However, there is no ground for playing in college campus. Annual sports take place in another university play ground.
Faculty: Teachers of Narasinha Dutt college of chemistry department are extremely student-friendly and amiable. They are very helpful and always try to fulfill the need of their students as much as possible. Teaching quality is excellent after all. Adding to that, each and every student of the department has his/her a personal mentor ( 3-4 students include in a teacher's mentee group)
This mentor-mentee programme is very innovative and useful as well.
It goes without saying that chemistry is one of the most versatile subjects. After graduation there are almost 18 career and course options. We all know the value of chemical engineering and chemical technology. Chemistry is the essential part of medicine technology and chemical industry. 1st semester exam was quite average level as it was first college online exam for that batch student. Although the 2nd semester exam was above average level and too bit difficult. In both the semester pass percentage was 100 % in our department.
Other: Students choose their course as per their wish and passion for the subject. I'm not also an exception of that. Benefits and usefulness of chemistry honors has been discussed previously.
The syllabus and curriculum is up to date and most relevant.
Only thing is to be said that semester 4,5,6 syllabus is too huge, though all students had dealt with it previously with their hard work and perseverance.
