Really good faculty members, placements, and infrastructure is also on spot.
Placements: The placement cell is active throughout the year and keeps on conducting various programs for skill upgradation and making students aware of the job market. Also, we are given summer internships which help in further improving the CV and having an advantage in placements.
Infrastructure: Currently, the original building is in the construction phase so we are in a different college building. But the infrastructure is really well there as well. The whole building is air-conditioned with digital boards and good quality benches. Wi-Fi facility is also available. We have multiple canteens.
Faculty: Faculty members are really distinguished and educated. All professors are seasoned and have years of experience. The exams are also tough and assignments also test one's creativity. The focus of the institution is to give practical knowledge which is applicable in a real-world setting.
Other: A lot of fests and events keep happening throughout the year and participants get hands-on experience in management and leadership. Also, they learn a lot about the topic that the fest is trying to cover.

Everything is good and worth it .
Placements: The placement cell at NM College plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between students and reputed companies. It conducts regular workshops, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions to prepare students for placement processes. Industry experts and alumni are invited to share insights and provide guidance, which helps students gain confidence and stay updated with current trends, with the average placement of Rs 400000-500000 pa.
Infrastructure: The college also boasts state-of-the-art computer and science laboratories, ensuring that students receive hands-on practical experience in their respective fields. The labs are well-maintained and equipped with the latest technology to meet the demands of the current academic and industry standards. Other facilities like Wi-Fi-enabled zones, a modern auditorium for events and guest lectures, and recreational areas for extracurricular activities further enrich the campus life. The cafeteria provides a wide range of affordable and hygienic food options, making it a favorite spot for students to unwind and connect.
Faculty: NM College has been an incredible platform for academic and personal growth. The institution's commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect, from the infrastructure to the supportive faculty and the wide array of extracurricular activities. The faculty members are exceptionally knowledgeable and approachable. Their teaching methods go beyond textbooks, encouraging us to think critically and apply concepts practically. The mentorship and guidance provided by them have been invaluable in shaping not only my academic skills but also my character and confidence. The college offers numerous opportunities to participate in cultural, sports, and academic events, which foster an environment of holistic development. As an active participant in these activities, I have greatly benefited from the exposure and teamwork experiences. The various clubs and committees, such as the Rotaract Club, provide a platform for students to explore their interests and contribute to society.

Satisfied with the faculty but it could have been a better experience if it had a campus.
Placements: B.Com (Hons.), now named B.Com (Management and Finance), is a course specialized in finance, giving a background of fundamentals along with deeper knowledge as the years pass by. The percentage of students placed through campus placements is around 60-70% as far as I am aware, and the highest package in the previous year is around 12 LPA, with the average being around 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is quite basic, just a building with classrooms and no campus experience. The canteen is built in the basement and provides good food at cheap rates. The sports room is equipped with table tennis, carrom, and chess. The classrooms are centrally air-conditioned.
Faculty: Faculty provided in this course are worth studying for. For each subject, the best faculty possible is chosen, especially in major subjects. The curriculum is more inclined towards Chartered Accountancy but provides the knowledge needed by every individual to have a career in finance.
Other: I personally chose this course as I am pursuing CA, and the edge this course provides helps me balance my college studies as well as my CA studies. The fests are average but worth being a part of. The crowd is decent and diverse.

Best option for CA students.
Placements: My batch has a strength of 160 students, the syllabus is comprehensive of both management and finance, the average package through campus placements is 5 Lacs, companies like morgan stanley recruit through our placement cell. The training and placement cell conducts sessions to teach students how to build cvs and tackle Personal Interview grounds. About around 65% students from my course landed internships in companies including zomato, redbull, mckinsey, reliance, tata etc.
Infrastructure: The college being small still managers to provide, a digital library, study rooms, Wi-Fi, auditorium, game rooms etc. The college canteen has a variety of affordable options including lunch, NM however doesnot have hostel facilities which makes it an expensive option for outstation students especially for those who plan to live nearby.
Faculty: The faculty is the best part of being under the SVKM umbrella, all the teachers are highly qualified and cooperative, they guide us throughout the journey, especially for students pursuing professional courses like CA/CFA etc., you get taught by CAs themselves, making the journey a liltle easier. The exam process is pretty smooth, donot worry the teachers send you in the exam hall fully prepared.
Other: The attractive placements, and the never ending social exposure drew me in to NM, the fest season brings out numerous opportunities to learn, network, and have tremendous fun at the same time, although having too much fun might get you debarred as the college is very strict about 75% compulsory attendance. The crowd is full of talented individuals, everyone is into something new. Although the feels is low, Mumbai is quite an expensive city to live in, Scholarships are available each year.
