This institute provides a big platform to learn.

Placements: Our internship cell at the university is well organized. They prepare us for various interviews. Big companies like Capgemini, All Government and Private Bank, Infosys, Kotak Securities, etc., come to our college every year and make job offers to a large number of students through interviews. Here, the average salary is 12.5 LPA, and depending on the course of study, the salary package is a maximum of 22 LPA. They organize various activities, seminars, project work, etc., for the students, which help us to understand the external industry. According to the current update, our university placement rate is over 91%.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities at this university for this course were good. The university students have access to laboratories, a library, spacious lecture halls, a cafeteria, a dormitory, a sports facility, and other amenities. Wi-Fi was available to students on campus. The food in the canteen and dining room was of high quality and reasonably priced.

Faculty: Our college has very helpful staff who support students in times of need and also assist with other matters. They are friendly and helpful in learning, with a very effective teaching process that includes internal tests to improve skills. The semester exams are well organized, and the pass rate is 91%.

Factors that made me choose this college are the good environment and infrastructure.

Placements: Our institute has a placement cell. It has a collaboration with many companies to offer jobs. Top recruiters are Accenture, Axis Bank, Bank of American, Cognizant, HDFC Bank, Bandhan Bank, Kotak Bank, and many more. Last year, the highest salary package offered was 26.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 14.2 LPA. Around 90% of students got placements in the campus drive. Top roles offered in campus placements are credit strategy, management consultant, credit analyst, tech consultant, and market analyst.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is awesome. It has good building and other amenities like academic blocks and a library. In our college, the library is well-stocked with a lot of books. The whole campus is under CCTV surveillance. Our college provides a hostel. We have a separate hostel for both boys and girls. The food provided to hostellers is also very good.

Faculty: Their teaching skills are good. All of them are highly educated. They encourage every student to gain real-life experience. Teachers and students have a good bond. They guide us through the semester and exams. For the preparation of the final exam, they provide us with many ways like placements, notes, and PPTs. Exams are hard. Around 60% of students cleared in the first attempt.

Life-changing experience - Exposure, learnings, and peer group.

Placements: The only college in the country where Public Sector Banks come and mass for internships, offering relevant projects. Despite the name of the institute, not just banks but all companies in the BFS sector come for recruitment and offer core finance roles. College has strict policy to not accept sales and marketing roles.

Infrastructure: This is an old campus as the college started in 1969 with the objective of providing training to all Indian (and foreign) bank executives as well as consultancy and training. So, the college campus is quiet but with major investment, being put in to cater to the growing demand for PGDM students. College premises are no less than resort experience with lush green surroundings. A lively tight-knit batch of students that one would not feel the loneliness of being away from home.

Faculty: Unlike other B schools, where a faculty hierarchy typically exists. At NIBM each faculty member is also a part of the executive training and research vertical. It's important to note that NIBM is not precisely a B-school but includes PGDM as one of its verticals. Thus, one is taught by seasoned faculty who also interact with executives from top banks and finance companies. Making them highly attuned to industry needs and shaping both the curriculum and their teaching style according.

Placements: Almost 100% placement since exception. Top consulting and Corporateending firms along with others KPMG, EY, PWC, etc. Roles are risk management, treasury, compliance, and product-based roles. Students drive committees to enhance holistic development helpful for placements. The highest salary package offered is 26 LPA. PPO-driven internships.

Infrastructure: 24-hour open lecture halls. Well spacious dining mess. Laundry services are available. Sports facilities such as cricket ground, futsal, tennis, basketball court, indoor badminton and table tennis. Green ambiance with usual sightings of plethora of flora and fauna. All bank ATMs within proximity.

A premium institute for banking and finance with excellent placements and college life.

Placements: Placements at NIBM are pretty good compared to other tier 1.5 B schools. Top recruiters are BNY Mellon, Tata Capital, BOA, KPMG, Barclays, PWC, IDBI Bank, and other banking and financial institutions. The highest salary package offered is 26 LPA and the average salary package for 2022-2024 batch is above 14 LPA. We had 100% placements since inception.

Infrastructure: Course offers a 2-year presidential programme for the students. Classes are well-equipped with modern teaching aids. We have very good library covering all the books from core banking and finance domain. Hostel and campus are pretty old. But we have a lush green campus of more than 60 acres. Students are very close to nature. We have cricket ground, Lawn tennis court, Basketball and badminton court as well.

Faculty: One of the best faculty for banking and finance in India. Our faculty members are actually one of the best in industry as they take training of the professional bankers as well. Curriculum is designed to get the core banking domain knowledge, especially in risk management and treasury. Exams have tri-semester patterns every 5 weeks. We are writing our exams, so this makes our domain knowledge very strong and relevant.

Other: We have merit cum need base scholarship. A lot of committees and clubs actually help to develop our interpersonal skills.

Placements: NIBM has 100% placements since its inception. This year the highest salary package offered is 26 LPA. The average salary package offered is 14 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 10.5 LPA. Our top recruiters are major private-sector banks and financial institutions. Also foreign banks like BNY Mellon, Barclays, BOA, etc., visit our campus. At NIBM everyone gets SIP with an average stipend of Rs. 42,000 and good exposure at financial startups and PSBs. Top roles are risk manager, risk compliance, auditing, credit appraisal, etc.

Infrastructure: NIBM is heritage campus with lush green campus. Our campus is plastic-free. NIBM with its unique architecture and various flora and fauna makes our stay on campus memorable. At NIBM we have badminton, table tennis, lawn tennis, and basketball court. NIBM is equipped with Gym, library (Asia's largest library for finance), open space to hang out with friends.
