In addition to UG and PG degrees, The entire tuition cost for the BDes programme at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi is INR 10.80 lakh for the academic year 2024-2028. A one-time payment of INR 17,900 (refundable) will also be required at the time of admission in addition to the total tuition price. This one-time, refundable payment consists of a security deposit of INR 12,000 and a INR 5,900 membership fee for the alumni association.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi MFM fee is INR 5.86 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Apart from the tuition fee, candidates also need to pay a one-time fee of INR 21,300 which includes a refundable security deposit and registration fee. In order to apply for the hostel, students must pay INR 23,000 + INR 25,500 (INR 8,500 X 03 months = INR 48,500) before joining the hostel. It is air-conditioned and has twin sharing rooms with all the basic facilities such as an almirah, desk, chair, B.Ed etc. There is a narrow balcony and big windows which don't open. No, NIFT Delhi does not accept offline application for admissions. Students have to complete the application process through the official sites only. NIFTEE applications have to be submitted at NTA site. The NIFT Delhi application form is also available online only.

Students have to submit some documents during NIFT Delhi admissions and applications. The general list is as below:

The NIFT CAT exam will be administered in an offline mode and will be a drawing-based exam. During the course of the exam, the candidate is not allowed to write any personal details and place identification marks. The CAT exam will evaluate the candidate on parameters like intuitive ability, power of observation in concept development, and design ability. To prepare for the CAT the candidate needs to work on geometrical shapes, product drawing, line quality, shading, human figures, principles of composition, etc. To improve ones figure drawing skills, one may stick drawing, before moving on to block drawing, and then evolving to add clothes and other items.

Note that at the time of counseling registration, the candidate is required to upload documents.
