Overall, the college is very good. It doesn't have good hostel, faculties, or facilities.
Placements: 1. Nearly 70-80% percent of the preceding batch students are placed during placement.
2. The highest package is 9.5 lakh per annum.
3. In previous batches, all students who didn't have any backlog got internships.
4. Roles offered in our course are software developer, QA, and software engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is overall very good. All labs are air-conditioned and also have a full Wi-Fi campus.
Fully digital classrooms with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The library also has the same services with every book available. At a time, you can issue 2 books.
College doesn't have any hostels.
Faculty: 1. Teachers are well qualified and very helpful, with 16+ years of experience. the teaching quality is damn good. They teach you everything, from the fundamentals to everything.
2. The MCA course is a ready program for students for industry with the help of faculty.
3. Semester exams are the hardest to make students better.
Other: 1. The MCA course is very beneficial for studying all stuff of industry.
2. Lots of events are arranged by college for students. Recently, a garba event was arranged by the college.

Great college for MCA in navi Mumbai.
Placements: There was many placements opportunities for MCA student in sterling college. They gives you better place individual. They also provide references material, study material and take test aptitude on every Saturday. They also encourage weak student and also support them. that way I like this college in my college days.
Infrastructure: There are various types of infrastructure provided by college. They provided library, this is open from 9 am to 8 pm on Monday to Saturday. Computer land there was shree lab in that college with free internet facilities. These labs are also equipped with LCD projectors and scanner.
Faculty: In this college there are lots of teacher having great knowledge in their own scope of area, also they very helpful to every student, teacher also gives you many opportunity to explore your self in overall area where you are weak. There was many course like MCA Bachelor of pharmacy, Bachelor of commerce. MBA courses are also available.

It is quite good. If fees is matter, then definitely go for it.
Placements: The placement is not that good and should be improved. Efforts should be made by management as students have to find jobs on their own. Management is cunning like even if students find the placements on their own, they show off like they have brought the placements and show it on the boards for successful placement made by them.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and it is very near from railway station but far from highways but can be reached by buses. Computer labs have a good configuration. Overall, the infrastructure is quite good, but the canteen is bad as that it should be improved and made some efforts to keep it clean.
Faculty: The faculty have good knowledge, but the management should take feedback from students about teachers. It will help them in the improvement of the college. Management keeps on changing the director every year that messes the working of college. There are only two courses like MCA &MBA.

Sterling- A choice to success.
Placements: As seen and heard from the seniors, the placement facility in our college is good enough. The college provides better placement services to sincere and hardworking students, and various students have been placed successfully in popular companies like Capgemini, CMS, etc.
Infrastructure: First of all, I would tell you that our college campus is Wi-Fi enabled and provides students with better internet facilities. The labs are well-maintained. The classrooms are fully AC. The library used modern technology to find out books, and there is a separate room for the medical equipment and first aid.
Faculty: Our college teaching staff are highly qualified and are very helpful to students. They always encourage students to participate in different educational and technology events to boost their performance. Even non-teaching staff is good enough. They are always ready to help the students and are polite.
Other: Our college organises various events and activities to boost students performance and gain a better place in today educational field. Several events like Aaryan, Technitia and Marathon run for unity race have been organised for many years.

The college is good as expected with good teaching and well infrastructure.
Placements: The students achieve good placements in this college. Every student gets placement in the last semester of their course as an internship. Various top companies come to our college every year and select student by giving them good packages. Every student can achieve placement in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure building is good. Every class is equipped with air-conditioner room with power point teaching. We have a a large library, where we can sit and read any book. Lots of books are available and can be issued for as many days as we want. The labs are equipped with the latest PCs with the internet connection.
Faculty: Here, the teachers are well-qualified. The teachers with great experience teaching though various PPT'S. Every year, our faculty takes us to industrial visit, where we get industrial knowledge. Each student is mentored by every faculty member so that each student is under every faculty eye.
Other: The various fests are carried out such as traditional day, sports day, and grand event called "TECHNITIA", etc. are organised on the campus.

I am a final year student, I had not much idea but heard great about institute from my seniors.
Placements: NCRD Sterling gives the best placements. Topmost companies come to college to select students. Every student gets placement as an internship. Every student has to work in a company as an intern for 6 months of the period which is carried out in the last semester of the course.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. All AC classrooms are equipped with projectors. More labs are available and are equipped with Wi-Fi service. The library provides every book. The canteen service is also good. This institute also has two AC auditoriums where various events are organised.
Faculty: The teachers of the Sterling college are well-qualified with great experience. The lectures are taken on powerpoint presentations. Every student has one teacher as a mentor to look after each student. They also keep various course-related seminars for the students.
Other: Various fests are organised such as Arohan, Technician, annual fest, marathon and so on.
