For NIT Goa's home state quota, you're only required to have 75% if you're getting admitted through DASA (for NRIs). Or through regular JEE Main counseling via JoSAA/CSAB: Zero percent = SERIOUSLY there is NO 75% requirement in Class 12 for status as a Goan domicile only. You need to satisfy for eligibility only if based upon: 1) JEE Main Ranks, and 2) Goa domicile certificate, only in case you're claiming state quota. Note: In any case, the 75% rule (generating aggregate for PCM) is only compulsory really for DASA (and other foreign) candidates. All the rest of the home state students need only pass marks (60% Gen/OBC, 55% SC/ST).
