Hi Kundan,
No, you can't get any nits or government colleges with this score in JEE Mains. Better if you go for state private colleges of West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh etc. Or go for Amity, LPU, Galgotia, Sharda University

  You should go for NIT Raipur for computer science engineering and electronics and communication engineering. The placements are much better in this NIT with respect to NIT Jamshedpur. Rest depends on your interest.

I'll prefer you to opt for the IIIT Raipur as this is better than NIT Raipur in terms of infra and faculty as IIIT is new so they are at advance level. So, you can get all the advance components required for the CSE branch and also the faculty
