Facilities are good, but they should improve with time

Faculty: Teachers are qualified from IITS and NITs, but their teaching quality is not at all good. They are either too old or aggressive, the curriculum is the same as other colleges, but its not interesting at all. Semester exams are moderate to easy. Passing percentage is 35%.

NIT Raipur is slightly equal to some IITs in India.

Faculty: Teaching qualities are too good because all have done their Ph.D. Semester exams are moderate and easy. Pass percentage is nearly 94 to 99%.

My experience in NIT. It is the best 2-tier college.

Faculty: Faculty members are one of the worst. The curriculum also feels outdated by the years. Teachers are rude and egoistic. Hardly there is any time to study the immense exam schedules. Overall, there's very little time for gaining other skills like coding, programming, etc.

Absolutely satisfied with college.

Faculty: Faculty is a little bit strict, just like everywhere, but at the end of the day, they help really well. Attendance is mandatory, with at least 75% required. Study well before the exams for a good CGPA, I would recommend. Apart from that, it's good. Professors are also great.

Good placement of metallurgical and materials engineering at NIT Raipur.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They use good techniques for a better understanding of students. Discussing my course, it is fully relevant and makes us fit for industry work. Though the semester exams are not so difficult but also studying before one night will not work. The grading is relatively. Faculty members are Ph.D. holders and working on some many projects.

Review of NIT Raipur - National Institute of Technology.

Faculty: They don't teach like they want us to become good engineer. They teach us enough that we get a taste of how everything is, not diving deep into anything. It's good and bad in some sense. The exams are good; they start and finish within a week so that's a plus point.

It is an affordable and well-connected campus with strong core placements and modern labs.

Faculty: Most professors are well-qualified, holding M.Tech or PhDs from IITs/NITs. They are supportive, especially if you show interest and attend regularly. Exams are moderate in difficulty, not too tough if you attend classes and revise regularly. About 70-80% students pass.

Good placement rates, but disappointed with the infrastructure. Crazy events happen on campus.

Faculty: Teachers are good and supportive. The teaching quality is also good. Teachers are well-qualified. The curriculum is outdated, so students should prepare themselves for industry standards. Semester exams are not difficult if you focus in class. If you’re taking an IT course, stay connected with your seniors and seek their guidance.

Good placement with a lot of opportunities and network with alumni.

Faculty: Associate professors are good but temporary teachers are not very good. Course curriculum is very relevant, but it doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are hard and competitive, but mostly people pass except few like 5-6 people.

If you are looking for MCA don't come here.

Faculty: There are some teachers who have good knowledge of their respective subjects, but they are not able to teach effectively. Some teachers seem like they don't know anything about the subject and just keep blabbering. Only very few of the teachers are good. Almost everyone passes the semester exams some those who fail clear it in re-exam.

NIT Raipur, A saviour for lower rank students.

Faculty: It is quite good. Some teachers are quite helpful, while some are not, it depends on their personalities. The course curriculum is relevant for metallurgical industries. Talking about the semester exam, it's quite neutral, not too tough, not too easy, it all depends on the particular faculty.

Infrastructure improvisation here.

Faculty: Faculty members and curriculum are okay. All the main faculty members are very good regarding their knowledge and their teaching skills. Curriculum is very relevant from 2nd year. But for first-year students, the curriculum is totally irrelevant and only few focus on the course they choose.

The college is nice, and the faculty is good. Go for it.

Faculty: The faculty is good and helpful. Sometimes, you will feel depressed because of the reviews on your sheet by teachers, but don't get too much affected. At last, they help you see the world differently. This course gives you a vision, you just have to cooperate with the faculty members sometimes.

It has low infrastructure and few facilities, but it does not mean few placements.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful but some teachers can't go beyond their bookish knowledge. Teachers taught good quality of education, even my AI-ML cum signal and systems professors are very good in their domain. They are very good at teaching as well as interacting. The electrical engineering course curriculum is relevant. Even this is the branch with the highest number of placements this year and some students are also prepared for the GATE. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult,...

Due to some rude faculty members, students can avoid this college.

Faculty: Some professors are very good in nature but some are very rude. They are well-qualified and they have knowledge too. Some professors don't know how to deliver so it is all up to us to get a good amount of self-study. They conduct industrial visits. Exams are slightly tough, and we can easily pass out if we can start a week before exams. Almost all students pass and very few people fail.
