I have 98.96 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2. Can I get this course in NIT-Rourkela or Raipur?

In my opinion, both institutes are great but if you ask for choosing any 1 between them then I will choose NIT-Raipur for CSE branch.

I would prefer you to go with University of Hyderabad, as the placements are really good and even the campus infrastructure would be comfortable.

For getting admission in a good college, you have to qualify JEE Mains first and then after your performance in that exam will decide whether you will get a good college or not. Good luck.

I am afraid NIT's do not give admission based on lateral mode. For getting admission in NIT's you need to appear for and clear JEE Mains with good marks.

What min. marks are needed to get min. marks in JEE from another state to get in admission in NITR?

If you are from general category, your other state rank is 1622 and home state rank is 4488 should be there, as per last year cut off.
