NMIMS Navi Mumbai MBA Highlights 2026
NMIMS offers MBA as a full-time 2-year postgraduate programme. NMIMS MBA is the flagship program of NMIMS. The course is divided into six trimesters. The duration of each trimester is approximately eleven weeks each.

The registration fee for NMAT test is charged by GMAC. This amounts to INR 3000 per attempt. After the candidate has registered for NMAT test, he/she needs to register at NMIMS and fill up the registration form online. The NMIMS MBA registration fee is INR 2900.
NMIMS charges an extra fee for hostel accomodation. The MBA tuition fee does not include the accomodation charges.
The annual fee of MBA-Pharmaceuticals is INR 9 lakh. So the total fee of this programme is INR 18 lakh. So, MBA Pharmaceuticals has the lowest fee of all MBA programs in NMIMS.
The total amount of education loan that can be availed for MBA at NMIMS various from bank to bank. Maximum amount of loan up to INR 50 Lacs at 7.90% with repayment up to 15 years can be taken from SBI. Using EMI option from Grayquest, the fee can be paid as monthly EMI payment. The interest is charged between 2.1-7.7% depending upon the number of EMIs from 3 to 12.

NMIMS Navi Mumbai MBA Admission Dates 2026
NMIMS MBA admission 2026 is ongoing. MBA admission process starts with the registration for NMAT so candidates must keep track of NMAT dates. MBA candidates were shortlisted by NMIMS in January. Second stage of admission process that includes the Competency Test and Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates concluded in January-February. At the time of admission to NMIMS MBA, the scanned copies only of the following documents are required: Class 10 Marksheet or Pass Certificate, Class 12 Marksheet or Pass Certificate, Degree Certificate, Degree Marksheet, Migration Certificate, Mediclaim policy and Medical Fitness Certificate (In Original signed & stamp by Registered Medical Practitioner). Note: If separate Degree mark sheets are not issued by the University / Institute, the consolidated mark sheets be accepted. Else the marksheet for each semester/trimester of the degree need to be submitted.

NMIMS Navi Mumbai MBA Admission Process 2026
NMIMS Navi Mumbai MBA admission process is almost a year long process. It takes place in two stages. In the first stage, the candidates have to register for the NMAT exam and NMIMS admission. Second stage starts after the announcement of the NMAT results. In this stage, shortlisting of candidates by NMIMS takes place and they are called for further assessment. NMAT by GMAC Registration
Candidates have to go to the official NMAT website at www.nmat.org to register and submit details to get a GMAC ID. They have to pay a fee to complete registration process.

NMIMS Registration
Candidates have to visit www.nmims.edu and enter NMAT by GMAC™ registration number to complete the application process. Each candidate has to give minimum 5 programme preference in the NMIMS Registration form. Final programme preference is taken after shortlisting for further admission process.

Entrance Exam
NMAT is a national-level entrance test conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Students get three attempts to appear for the exam. The attempt with the highest score is considered for the admission process. This test evaluates students based on their performance in following sections:

Selection Process
Based upon NMAT score, NMIMS shortlists candidates for Common Admission Process rounds. CAPI round includes a computer based Competency Assessment Test and Personal Interview. Final merit list is prepared based on performance of the candidates in the following:

The NMAT score is given a weightage of 10% in the preparation of the merit list. The competency assessment test is given the highest weightage at 60%. The scores of the Work Experience and Personal Interview are given a weightage of 15% each for the selection of the candidate in the final merit list.
Internships, trainings apprenticeships are not considered as valid work experience for consideration in MBA admission at NMIMS. Work experience of the candidate of more than one year in a company that is listed in both the GSTIN and TAN databases is considered valid. The work experience only after completion of graduation is given weightage in the final merit list.
The candidates who have given more than one preference for MBA programme or NMIMS campus in their application forms are selected based on their merit score and availability of the seats in the respective program.
