The students who have paid the MBA fees to NMIMS for the first academic year can withdraw the admission. They can fill the withdrawal application form on the official website of the college. NMIMS Indore MBA Admission Dates 2026
The NMIMS MBA admission process 2026 has begun. The first stage of the MBA admission process started with the NMAT 2025 registration in August 2025. The NMIMS MBA application window was opened from August-October 2025. The NMAT 2025 exams took place in November-December 2025. The MBA candidates were shortlisted by NMIMS in January 2026.
The second stage of admission process is ongoing with the Competency Test and Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates in January-February 2026. The final merit list will be prepared by April-June 2026. The tentative date of the start of the next session of NMIMS Indore MBA is June-July 2026.

Typically, the admission cycle for MBA at NMIMS Indore begins with the NMAT registration in August-October. The NMIMS online application also opens around August- October simultaneously. NMIMS does not accept scores of the CAT exam for admission in its MBA courses. Even if you have a good percentile in CAT, you have to qualify the eligibility criteria for NMIMS MBA as well as take the NMAT exam. NMAT exam is a national level exam conducted by GMAC as an entrance exam for admission in MBA programs.
NMAT exam is designed with 108 questions to be answered within 120 minutes. Candidates can appear for NMAT in computer based test mode. 108 questions of NMAT exam is divided equally into three sections, namely Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning.
Aspirants should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in any field. NMIMS Indore MBA Admission 2026: How to Apply?
The NMIMS Indore admission process for the MBA program is almost a year long process. It takes place in two stages. In the first stage the candidates have to register for the NMAT exam and the NMIMS admission. The second stage starts after the announcement of the NMAT results. In this stage, the shortlisting of candidates by NMIMS takes place and they are called for further assessment that is conducted internally by NMIMS. The details of the NMIMS MBA admission process 2026 are given below:
Stage A: Pre-NMAT result
Step 1: Registration at NMAT by GMAC
Register online at NMAT by GMAC. Pay the registration fee to complete the registration process. The NMAT by GMAC registration number is a prerequisite for completing the NMIMS application.
Step 2: Registration at NMIMS
It is mandatory to register with NMIMS before your scheduled exam date to apply for NMIMS MBA. Visit the official site of NMIMS and provide your NMAT by GMAC registration number. Pay the registration fees as applicable. The registration fee is non-refundable.
The candidate has to give the program preference in the NMIMS registration form. The candidate must mention minimum 5 program preferences in the registration form. The preferences given by the candidate in the online registration form is for information only. Preference entered after shortlisting for further admission process will be considered for the merit list and allotment. After payment, a PDF of the application form will be generated on the dashboard.
Step 3: NMAT Test by GMAC
All candidates must take the NMAT by GMAC Test to apply for NMIMS MBA. It is a computer-based test. The total duration of the test is 120 minutes.

Step 4: NMIMS Assessment
Based upon NMAT score, academic record, and work experience, NMIMS shortlists candidates for the Common Admission Process rounds. The CAPI rounds by NMIMS for MBA selection process is includes a computer based Competency Assessment Test and Personal Interview. It is conducted offline at the Mumbai campus of NMIMS.
Step 5: Selection
The selection of candidates for NMIMS MBA is based on merit only. The final merit list is prepared based on marks obtained by a candidate in NMAT by GMAC, Personal Interview, Competency Test, Work Experience and past academic performance. In this regard, the decision of the NMIMS shall be final and binding. After the selection process, the result is announced on the NMIMS dashboard.

At the time of admission to MBA programme in NMIMS Indore, the scanned copies only of the following documents are required ro be submitted: Class 10 Marksheet or Pass Certificate, Class 12 Marksheet or Pass Certificate, Degree Certificate, Degree Marksheet, Migration Certificate, Mediclaim policy and Medical Fitness Certificate (In Original signed and stamped).
Internships, trainings, and apprenticeships are not considered as valid work experience for consideration in MBA admission at NMIMS. The criteria for valid work experience is given as follows:

The NMAT score is given a weightage of 10% in the preparation of the merit list. The competency assessment test is given the highest weightage at 60%. The scores of the Work Experience and Personal Interview are given a weightage of 15% each for the selection of the candidate in the final merit list.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) at NMIMS Indore is a two years course at the PG level.The course offers admission to 120. The total tuition fee for NMIMS Indore Master of Business Administration (MBA) is INR 8.50 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, there is a one time admission fees of - INR 2,600, and a hostel fee of amount INR 3.70 Lacs that students are required to pay in addition to the tuition fee.
